Rikuto seems to be guessing Linkors moves but Linkors end up doing the opposite and its throwing Rikuto off at times. He needs to go on reflex sometimes to catch Linkors.

Not really. He was purposefully staggering his attacks to catch linkorz dropping guard to press a button. He was doing fantastic with his timings, punishing standing block, and playing the neutral. Rikuto played fantastically this game.
