My guess is it's still a 1st round exit if they meet FLA and their hyper defensive style, those type of teams were a big problem for that incarnation of the Habs, which was a team filled with finesse and loved wide open games like this one (which is why they always played well against the Penguins and struggled a lot against the Capitals, Devils, etc).
