1. "Phone link' app on windows + "Link to windows" app on Android phone
2. "Quick look" app for windows
3. "Fences 4" app for windows
Kde connect on both the devices
2. To preview a file on Windows just press Right ALT + P
It is actually Left Alt.
Used it with Right Alt also, it is not working.
But, the problem with left Alt+P, the preview is shown in the right edge of the screen instead of a big window like the app.
How to disable this

PhoneLink doesn't help in file transfer. This gap is bridged by KDE Connect (worth mentioning)

You don't need a seperate app for viewing files quickly , just use Left Alt+ P key and then it will show a preview on the right side of the window and it's damn helpful.
Dekstop vibe never changes
Mac : saves clicks and time.
Windows: not bound.
And just like " how the subscribe button disapears when you press it" 😂
The second feature already comes in fille manager itself no need to install any additional app for it
Just turn on the preview in the file explorer settings

if you don't know, there is a setting in the file explorer to add a preview pane, so when you single click a document, it shows preview
Agreed 💯, but at the end of the day apple is all the customers care about 😢 (you have to actually download the apps for all these apple features)

I've recently come to know that there are 5 ways to rt click on MAC Book, but default one which is literally right clicking in any laptop, requires a change in system settings
For preview you can use left alt + p

right alt + p enables a whole permanent preview pane, that IMO, is better than how mac does it
Phone link has a lot of bugs. Sometimes there is a a connection issue, or a Bluetooth issue. It worked perfectly fine only 30 percent of the time. I hope Microsoft fixes these bugs...

Windows had quick look long back and it was called preview, used to show up on the right
That’s not quicklook and it’s still there. It just showed the thumbnail. Didn’t play the video.
The problem is windows and Android is soo soo much customisable so people think it's just normal, whereas on Apple products you have very little think to customise!! So even small features are highlighted as hell !!! For example DYNAMIC ISLAND! it's just a floating notification bar , just a software feature ! And people are going crazy over than just a floating widget 😂

The main disadvantage with Windows is MS Office works on all cores on Mac, but only on single core on Windows.

Imp: for laptops having advanced optimus dont use quicklook as it wont allow to shift between optimus and nvidia graphic output faced issue in lenovo legion 5

Whatever you do you will never get the same experience that you get in Apple ecosystem in windows/android
I have used Phone Link and its nice for viewing photos and text messages. For calls its still unrefined, as the call quality reduces a lot, at least for my pair of old devices. The caller always complains of my voice being unclear, although i hear them correctly. Maybe newer phones can work better, but i can't test it yet
it also doesnt work with bluetooth earphones
