    I have Invisalign, I’m on my 10th set (I have 14 sets) and I wear them for ten days each at a time now, originally 14 days. I am so happy with the results I’m seeing! I paid £2,000 for my lower teeth only as my top teeth are fine! I’d totally recommend Invisalign! Pricey but great!

      I have a bunch of questions. I hope you respond. Was the 2000 with insurance? Did this include the visits to the ortho? How did you reason with the ortho to only get your bottom teeth because im pretty sure they have a strict policy against this type of thing

    This has been the best thing I've ever invested in. I'm 3 months and and notice a night and day difference. I've been documenting my journey on here to show how much my teeth have moved. My ortho says I'm way ahead of schedule! :D

    I still don't understand how putting a piece of plastic over teeth moves them.

    • @XmilenkofanX
      @XmilenkofanX Před 6 lety +35

      KenzieHurlock When you put the first tray on and it "fits snugly", it's putting pressure on certain parts of certain teeth and not nearly so much pressure in the places that aren't moving. That consistent pressure moves the tooth (teeth) by small amounts. The next tray already has this movement built in and is ready move the teeth a little more.
      This type of procedure doesn't work for all people. When it's done you'll need a way to make sure your teeth don't move back to their original shape. Most cases use a couple of retainers for this purpose. Some people only have to wear a retainer at night, some people more.

I brush my teeth so much and i like how white my teeth are now. You might get these little "buttons" on your teeth like i have, but it is no big deal honestly. seriously if you are thinking about getting invisalign try and get it, for me it wasn't much more money then it would of to get metal braces

I know it’s expensive but having an orthodontist look after your treatment progress is definitely a good investment, since they’ll make sure you get the intended results. I’m happy with Invisalign, I have 50 sets of them, changing them weekly. I’ll be done in about a year from now. It does feel a little sore in the beginning but now I’m used to it and it’s still my 3rd day with it. Sorry for writing a whole essay but I hope it’s helpful !

However after a few hours of wearing the trays you may have some soreness/pain as your teeth are beginning to shift. But in my experience the pain has not been too bad :) I also took pain medication prior to wearing my trays for the first time to prevent discomfort.

    why can't i have invisalign instead of stupid braces huh? that's so unfair

    because what they don't tell you is 18/20 cases of invisalign have to go back to the orthodontist and have the invisalign completely removed and traditional braces put on to fix the invisalign's mistake (not working)

    Braces are better because you can loose this and braces can't be lost

    braces are better, fuck invisalign atleast you don't have to keep taking them off when you eat or wash your teeh, with braces you don't have to do either of those things !!!!

    Save time and money don't buy this invisaline product it doesn't work you will still need metal braces in the end they will just keep selling you trays and finally send you off to the orthodontist for the metal braces in the end what a waste of time this product turned out to be

    It's absolutely useless, I've had to have my uppers and bottoms refined twice now, the Invisalign retainers do not keep your teeth in line, and they want £600 for a pair of retainers, absolute rip off. Do not recommend, my teeth have all gone back to normal now, mine were suppose to take 6 months, after a year and a half I gave up

  • @cindypatriciaabella6855

    I have the same case as this but still have not used invisalign
