- Yoo guys, today we are talking about Druid Builds in Season 4. I brainstormed with the other druid writers for Maxroll and came up with a tierlist for the best builds for the season. These are PREDICTIONS and based on our tests in the PTR, however, obviously things are subject to change once the season actually goes live. Hope you enjoy the guide.

Running Boulder Druid right now. Very great build indeed! But the bug where if your boulder hits a suppressor the boulders stops spawning afterwards.. therefore you have to TP back to town and go back in for it to work again. So it’s challenging when going against those types of enemies. Hope they fix it soon.
I am at lvl 27 and respec'd from a werewolf w werewolves intended build to your light-strike, three companion, clarity/poison build.
I find it a bit clumsy to get "perfect" targeting with raven, and yet the overall theory is holding up. JUST added SHEPHERD; curious to see the energy as I go up in lvls.

what happened to the og earthen might/grizzly rage wolfnado build? does it not work anymore? used to be perma crit with 0 spirit cost
Hey Moxsy! Thanks for the build/tier list! Great 👍 video 😊 Have been debating on either Lightning Storm or Tornado for leveling. Not a huge fan of needing to channel Lightning Storm and feel Tornado is better at single target/bossing damage. Really important to get Stormchaser Aspect. However, you get Tempest Roar much later and the build is so much better and functions with it. Just curious if you would recommend Lightning Storm or Tornado for leveling? Many people say Pulverize since you will get Aspects from the seasonal journey. Don't love the spirit cost and boss damage plus Overpower was nerfed across the board. Thanks in advance! Can't decide between the two.
Brand new to D4. WHERE is STORMCHASER aspect you mentioned, please.
I am very sad Pulverize didn’t get more love from the devs especially since they are giving gear for that build

Pulverize is still the best levelling build and perfectly fine for end game. Not every build can be one of the highest DPS in the game

Im going to try to recreate my unlimited unstoppable trample CDR build from my first character, i hope they have nerfed it any more than they did in s1 in my absence
Really excited for tornado to be usable again. Not excited to have to go all the way to lvl 100 for the 5th time before getting a tempest roar since they still have it locked behind Duriel and it never drops from rng sources.
First druid in season 1 got me a tempest at lvl 85. Haven't seen one since. Of course, played a diff char each season until last. Got so bored I just made 1 of each char lvl 100 lol
@@BabyDahl28 even last season farming Duriel took me like 48 runs to get tempest roar. It’s just ridiculous that such an essential unique is locked every season behind a lvl 100 boss. They should switch up the loot tables for bosses each season and it would make the entire game more enjoyable
I leveled a druid to 100 on hardcore in the PTR and i dropped a tempest roar at 90, with a greater affix on crit dmg...
Too bad I had JUST swapped to dolmen stone and now I prob wont see a tempest roar either 😅
It has been fine every season... What Druid NEEDS is a meta shake-up. The Shepherd's Werewolf caster meta is so damn boring.
The companion druid slaps so hard.

I am using wind shear build and it is phenomenal :)

To make the companion minion build A tier they should make it so that the wolf’s can use lacerate!
No Posion creeper for AoE stuff for companions? Do you find it not good even maxed out?
Rabies and xfal does constant AOE with WAY higher damage with no cool down. You can use it for crowd control if you really want but it's just a worse choice overall.

@MyZ001 unique ring that causes DoT damage to explode for 50k base damage of same type. It will be effected by all the DoT multipliers as well. So just a bunch of easy AOE burst for DoT builds.
4 seasons and they still have a damned werewolf casting tornados smh.

Lightning storm is great but I'd have liked to see landslide in the meta
Yea I dont like having to shift into an animal for my storm skills to be effective. Shit just doesn't mix. That was a bad move. I either want to be a human with companions and storm skills OR shapeshifter changing into either one.
Earth and Bear skills actually work together thematically pretty well actually. Smashing the ground as a bear and sending an earthquake makes sense. A fucking werewolf throwing tornados does not
I have no idea why werenado is high on the charts again. Who wants to attack and either wait for for maybe the tornadoes to kill what you're attacking, or push through the enemies that haven't died yet and hope they die on a screen behind you... then go back for loot? Seems... annoying.
By the sounds of it - it deals the most DPS out of the Druid builds.
Can't really say if that is the case, because I haven't tried one yet.
@@user-iz7nu4wk3h Eh.. It takes forever for someone using tornado to kill uber duriel. It didn't take long at all for me to kill him at 72 with a lightning build and I don't even have any ubers.

Pulverize will benefit from clarity and will deal huge damage...i dont know why anyone doesnt mention this...

For leveling is insane!
I'm cleaning level 25 pit at level 90.
Because it doesn't snapshot so it benefits for 1 hit only.

Hell yeah brother minions/companions are top tier this season. Nice to be able to run a necro without being forced into sacrificing to be end-game viable
Its always like this... its only necro and druid at S tier... then comes the barb destroying everything!!!!!

Nope. Stormclaw is not going to be good at all. Uniques are going to be comparatively weak because of tempering and anything that doesn't benefit from Thunderstruck is gonna fall behind.

Saying goodbye to not one, but two temper slots for weapon is... Not great.
Huge price to pay if you choose to run it.
Check out the wind shear build thats been circulating i might try it when i hit 40 or 50 tomorrow. 12 hours from now if i dont kill my hc char day 1 😂

Pretty much everything but "Emperor Palpatine in a furry costume" is gonna lag behind. The Druid meta is so boring atm. "Get Shepherd's, slot 3 pets, and choose between LS or Nado."/yawn
@@kennyhouser3467 exactly. If you don’t do this you just know you’re gimping yourself. Sucks. Druid needs different/better multipliers
I am so tired of Shepherd's Werewolf caster builds. It has gotten so stale. The Druid class, while in a good spot performance-wise, has got to be one of the most boring classes in the game. Only Rogue comes close to how snore inducing Druids are.
Hmmm. I haven’t touched D4 since season 1 came out. I like your material Moxsy, but D4 burned a lot of bridges with players. I’ll still watch your other content but this isn’t one of them.

@@LethalProfanitySeeing as how his early D4 vids had 100s of comments and this one has like 12, they're right. It's crazy to me that y'all are so excited for the "fixes" that should've been in the game at release. It's even more hilarious that you don't realize that the only reason they "fixed" the game was so that they can sell you an expansion in August.
