Lorraine voice of an angel
This is a gem! Thanks for posting! 🙌🏻🎶💙
Great band, dignity is an all time great song 👍
Just a great band.
Thanks for watching and commenting, so few Deacon Blue fans ever do.
Lovely
lovely video
And for 36 years I had believed Deacon Blue were from Belfast !!
🤣 how did you get that idea?
@@ScottishTeeVee I dunno. 36 years is a bloody long time.
@@ScottishTeeVee Actually I do. "Whatever you say, say nothing".
I had a massive crush on Lorraine - gorgeous
Thanks for watching and commenting Lee🙂
Lorraine bursting with energy and having to hold back.Funny but frustrating. The best.
And so so young..I m a huge fan and it's sad to realise I was that young then too.. Best live band ever and I've seen plenty...love how Lorraine seemed a bit petulant here and I think Ricky was picking up on that lol...fabulous that they are still together ❤
Boy George and Nik Kershaw talk with Bowie
😅
Haha
Remember Gas Top but his interview is so annoying here, aggressively getting the answer he wants😂🤣😂
I'll preface this comment by identifying myself as a lifelong DB fan. As an interesting social comment, this is the 1st interview I have seen from this era. Sorry to say, but Lorraine comes across as a bit Scatty (or a bit high ) & Ricky as very measured/ lucid. In later life Ricky seems like a man who had a bad knock on the head, and Lorraine just a bit "out of it" . Fortunately, they are still together ( & hopefully happy ) & still making great music, but, I truly wonder, if the good old pop music/substances interface hasn't changed them irrevocably ( well certainly Ricky )
I have listed to Ricky's radio show at least 100 times and never heard him sound like someone who had a bad knock on the head.
@@ScottishTeeVee Maybe my bad then, I admit most later interviews I have seen have been fairly short, but, he seems to have lost that "spark" ( & that isn't neccesarily age )
@@captplaystation I dunno if you will be able to see this, as it might be locked by the BBC to people out of the UK, but this is Rickys radio show, its well worth a listen. www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00hh26l
@@ScottishTeeVee I am in Spain, but I have a VPN so I can watch UK stuff, Thanks ! ! will give it a listen.
@@captplaystation Most of their albums in recent years are not very good in my view. The muse deserted them many years ago and Ricky Ross seems to write in a different style which may be part of the problem. Other opinions are available, of course.
