That could be anything depending on what you want to practice with. For my experiences, I had done everything such as different processes, roasting profiles, lots, origins, roastery etc. It’s all up to you mate!
I want to ask you coffee should be same in any mark cup like A. Or B. Or C Just we need to choose all same cup but cups mark should be a same like if i want to choose C cup Should be a all C cup

The thing that he failed to explain here is that we need to find the different one among each set, so in set 1 AAB we need to find the B, and in set 2 AAC we need to find the C. I also did assume that he need to find all the A cup so it was a little bit confusing at first.
