This is improper information. Bmi160s still have only at max half the reset time of a bno.
Also on a side note, there is no such thing as slime 2.0. Slime is the name of the software and firmware used to run the slimes, and as being open source, any imu that is compatible can be used. Titling this as "slime 2.0" is very very very misleading, and it should not be titled as such
consultation! Do you use ventilation by default? Sometimes it drops in less than 1 second. I don't know if it's normal?

cool but think ill stick with my steamvr thundra trackers:) as far as slicers i found orca slicer to be the best and you can also root that k1 and improve it somewhat( input shaping on both axis).
Yes, I just installed Klipper and downloaded Orca today.. but did not like it on the first impression.
So I went back to Creality Print and found that K1 Max has all extra profiles for other nozzle sizes.. which I could not find on K1 and the only reason I did try downloading Orca.
yo, nice vid. But what IMU's are you using here? and battery mAh? I am now swapping from BMI160 to BNO085 since BMI160 drift after 3-5 min and need to reset with shortcut button (have tutorial on channel with the bmi ) Gonna compare BMI with BNO and time it ^^
We have BMI270 already but BMI160 have a proper calibration since 0.3.3 FW and performs similar to BNO085 too.
So I have switched to using only BMIs now.
@@cqcomber2824 I did use BMI, switched to BNO, switched back to BMI. As simply there is no noticeable benefits of BNOs, after BMIs got 6 side calibration. I have to reset every 2-3 songs anyway whichever tracker I use.. but BNOs are 12x more expensive and very annoying to build and use with extensions.
It's no brainer the latest BMI270 design with extensions. I did not show the plug and play extensions in the vid yet.
@@cqcomber2824 oh, no.. the biggest feature of 2.0 is that trackers are actually real and available. Like I got mine in 2 weeks.. not 2 years and still no trackers like with the officials. And by the time they ship in 2024, again they will be already outdated. I did post a video about the Pico Motion tracker beta. Those are coming in 2024 Q1 and at least they are bragging that final version will have NO DRIFT/RESETS.

From Pico beta. It's probably closed by now. But they will come for sale in early 2024.
