How can a foreign nurse get a visa to work in the USA 2019?
    To learn more visit: www.h1b.biz/
Are you a nurse and want to work in USA? If so, in this video immigration attorney Jacob Sapochnick will be providing useful information. As the situation with nurses acquiring visas in 2019 becomes increasingly strict, Jacob will be explaining :
    1. The end of the 2000 Crisis
    2. How the waiting time for people on the Philippines, India and China has increased
    3. Who qualifies for this type of Visa
    4. The requirements and forms
Watch this video and learn how to best prepare the necessary documents and properly apply for your USA Visa or green card.
00:0 Have you ever wondered how a foreign nurse can work in the United States and what visas are actually required for a nurse to be able to work in America?
00:17 The good news is that in early 2000, there was a crisis in the amount of visas that were available for nurses. So it was you took nurses many, many years to wait for their visas to be adjudicated before they can come to the United States. But now that crisis is coming to an end and the wait time for nurses from the Philippines and from India and from China is definitely has definitely been reduced.
1:13 Right now most nurses who want to work in the United States are able to come by being petitioned by their employer specifically directly for a green card or certain nurses that have a master degree or a bachelor degree plus five is experience and are working in a particular category like a nurse practitioner or are in management positions, can come on H1B visas.
2:08 most nurses that are going to come here and be petitioned for a green card must have visa screen, which is basically a equivalency of their education done by the CGFNS organization that is in charge of equivalency of education for nurses. It is also important for those nurses to pass the IELTS English exam. The other thing that they need is a job offer typically from a hospital that is going to offer them their job and sponsor them for permanent residency.
3:04 The most common way is to be a petitioned for permanent residency. Typically that employer will file for what is called an I140 which is the immigrant petition.
4:04 The most common way for nurses to come to United States is being petitioned by an employer, typically a hospital, and obtain their green card and then come to the United States after particular waiting period that they wait in their home country.
5:07 Those nurses that immigrated from the Philippines to Canada over the years, and now are now Canadian citizens are able to come to the United States using a TN visa as long as they have a Canadian license and they meet other requirements.

I think my our best bet as overseas nurses seeking jobs in the US is to be sponsored for a green card by a recruiting agency, not by a direct hire from a hospital for example, being more realistic, right?
There are states that need you to have SSN before you even come to the US, and since I'm not a US citizen, I obviously don't have it... What are the states that don't require SSN, and is there a way to provide an affidavit declaring that I don't have an SSN, and that I will have it once I step foot on the US soil?
Any insight on this specific topic would be appreciated.

I have been watching your youtube videos and really helpful. I live at San Antonio, Texas. I am going to apply N-400 application next month. I got green card through I-601A waiver process. Also I have been 3 years lawful permanent resident spouse of U.S. Citizen. Before I apply N-400 application I have couple questions in the application that,
I am permanent resident since 04/15/2016. Can I apply anytime after 01/16/2019?!
I went (first time outside USA )to my country for immigration interview to get immigrant visa and since I got green card I traveled (second time outside USA) outside United States in three years total two times. But in n-400 application " Part-9 Time outside the United states" question is "How many trips of 24 hours or longer have you taken outside the United States during the last 5 years?"
What should I answer? Do I have to include after green card trip or do I have to mention Interview trip as well?
I am 32 years old, do I have to send status for selective service system and explanation letter along with my application?!
Do I have to send my passport size Photographs?

    Grady Memorial Hospital
80 Jesse Hill Jr Drive SE
    Atlanta, GA 30303
Grady Memorial Hospital; is in urgent need of physician and health practitioners
Since Grady first opened in 1892, we have continually reinvented ourselves to meet the region’s evolving medical needs.
In the 1890s, that meant providing the same quality of care for rich and poor, black and white. In the 1920s, it meant performing Georgia’s first open-heart surgery. In 2013, it meant creating the first neurological surgical suite within a dedicated stroke center to remove blood clots from the brains of stroke victims. Tomorrow, it will be something we can barely imagine.
We are in need of physicians, nurses and health care professionals , who can provide Grady patients with unparalleled care in specialties like cancer, urology, cardiology, neurology, and chronic disease - as well as the more routine, like family medicine and senior care.
Our vision; Grady Health System will become the leading public academic healthcare system in the United States
Whatever the need, Grady fulfills it - even as we continue to raise the bar for medical care in the region. The world’s leading physicians come to Grady to practice here, teach here, and save patients whose conditions are beyond the capabilities of other hospitals.
Qualified applicant can send CV to Grady Health care system HR using gradymemorialhospital@workmail.com for a job opportunity
