I always love using the veteran ranger armor when playing new vegas. Also they make a fun painting project for wastland warfare.

For people who are not aware, even though I know most are. If you ever want to have DLC ammo/guns show up in the Commonwealth there are integration mods you can download that do add DLC content in small amounts around the commonwealth.
I did instantly notice when you proudly showed off your new big iron that you can only buy the ammo for it in Far Harbour 🤦😄
And it's completely busted, game breaking..it should have roughly the same damage as the .44 magnum and I don't understand why it doesn't just use that ammo anyway.

@@laernulienlaernulienlaernu8953 He is using the far harbor dlc version of the revolver mod. There is a base game version of the mod that uses .44 magnum.
@@kyrothezoroark I'd love to see someone try and fire a 45-70 from a pistol! They're rifle rounds, they were added in for the lever action rifle.

You should've use some of the Minutemen NCR mods that turns the Minutemen into the NCR. There's one that replaces the Minutemen Laser Musket with the service rifle. There's another one that does require another mod but it changes the look of the Minutemen into the NCR. Finally, there's a mod that edits the Minutemen voice lines to remove the Minutemen references and instead makes them the NCR
Some Mods you could use are Integrated Commonwealth, Start Me Up Redux/ SKK Fast Start New Game. Something to note for future runs since mods are on the table.
Surprised this isn't more widely known, but you can gun bash Piper when first visiting DC to skip all the dialogue outside the gate. Bash her then immediately put your weapon away. Works best with a pistol but can also be done with a rifle

The conflict between the NCR and the Brotherhood in New Vegas is principally because of the Helios One fiasco, and even then you can kinda get them on decent terms - probably because in Fallout 1 and 2, the Brotherhood and the NCR are _allies,_ which does give grounds for a Ranger to _potentially_ side with the Brotherhood in 4. I'd still say the Minutemen is a more appropriate choice (especially considering how Todd Howard ruined the Brotherhood in Fallout 4 by making them pseudoreligious nutjob xenophobes), but a case _can_ be made for siding with the Brotherhood.
Yeah I should have considered older games as well when making this run, but im a New Vegas simp at heart

I am unable to play my Fallout 4 mods offline find my Xbox series X with the Next Generation upgrade if they're able to fix everything with the Next Generation with the mods and
See what faction mods are available to do runs with or maybe even fine a mod that make the railroad less poo like..or a true brotherhood run using only energy weapons and hoard one of each type of tech
Someone may have already mentioned it but if you wanted to wait until you had the armor to do main quests, I believe a set spawns in a bank vault nearby Feuneli Hall and a raider camp

Fallout 4 as Noble Six from Halo Reach? There's Halo weapon packs (Misriah Armoury & the MA37) and a Noble Team mod that gives you his armour and Noble Team as companions.
Though I _really_ don't think they'd like the Brotherhood, considering their similarities to the Covenant.
I would recommend the America Rising 2 Mod + Mods that add to the original mod for a possible future run.

Man! It's a shame consoles never get the mods PCs have (for example the NCR related mods in this video).
Well, atleast creation club stuff are found in both PC and consoles... what reminds me how much I laughed for you not noticing on early stages of the game how you could have modded your anti material rifle in .32 and thus not having that early "ammo problem"... yeah yeah, .32 sucks but atleast you find them everywhere...

I have a Fallout 4 mod for you to try, Sim Settlements 2. Though, I need to warn you, it's a big mod. It's main quest is something like 30 quests long, and then there are 60 side quests on top of that.
