Hi, i was wondering what the actual difference is between this and the IQ8000 apart from the 8000 having solid wheels and a different driving manual

Yes you can drive while being reclined. Just make sure not to go up steep inclines in that position without having the anti-tip bars extended.

The lightweight folding chairs are not all terrain but they are able to go through a manicured lawn as long as the grass is not plush and there is a hard surface to roll on. Hope this answers your question.
