I guess the part of the program that is supposed to remove charges is put in after the one that checks if the opponent is down, which skips subsequent checks related to damage so that players can't take damage after the match is recognized as won.

Jack bulwark give fracture to enemy charcter then he deals the bonus damage but this weapon is like a loaded shotgun ready to destroy the second charcter it faces 😮💨
@@dang3r52 Bro, fractures and fortress are more broken than this, After 15 fractures, even Bulwark's range weapon deals more than 1.5k damage..Other attacks deal even more damage..One wrong shadow move and you can lose your entire health bar against shadow fortess too..Even if Bulwark dies, fracture effect lasts..Even few attack from Hong joo can destroy you after that..Meanwhile King can only deal such massive damage through his spinning attack, which is much slower, avoidable and punishable..This weapon needs some good skills and battle iq to use and therefore a very balanced one..
