17:39 After performing Jet's front shadow move, you should roll not walk towards them. That way, it doesn't matter if they use recovery kick or they roll away, the up shadow move will connect. But you have to be fast otherwise the opponent can roll away again that's if they rolled away the first time. If they used recovery kick then it's 99% guaranteed to connect regardless.
Anyways, great gameplay as always. I've really learnt a lot from your videos🔥.

if your roll the opponent has time to stay on the ground stand up normally and roll backwards to avoid it if you roll towards them, odyssey tried to predict that but failed his timing, thats why he was walking. Dont mindlessly roll at people after front shadow move if your for example at the wall because then they can easily interrupt it. Also no one is using recovery kick when you have shadow protection lol be serious the only time people recovery kick after jets front shadow move is if they arent running her up shadow move.
If the jet isnt running shadow protection its worth it to recovery kick or roll backwards and do a basic kick but otherwise just stand up and roll backwards.
You could also do what the ironclad in the video did and stay on the ground for a bit before rolling backwards, this counters the walking and its your best option because it gives you time to see if you should stand up if they roll at you or roll backwards if they are walking. If you mindlessly use the same option (rolling towards your opponent) you will get countered and beaten
Good one. Azuma is my favorite one. Although Fireguard is very limited in his movements still his damage is sick.

Indeed they are all awesome characters in their own right, regardless of thier differences but fireguard is one character that will be difficult for me to use, cuz his basic attack, down attack and special attack are not really convinent in most situations. I have learnt alot form ur gameplayd, nice job as always odyssey

2:55 if your opponent misses like this the best thing to do is to grab them back against the wall and do a wall combo, I always do this with lynx or shang and it catches opponents completely off guard because they dont expect you to grab backwards

You should use this Sarge + Detonators build sometime around: All talents on the right side but you could get Trusty Hammer if you like, it's optional. Have a good one brother.
After jet's front shadow move , roll towards your opponent ...if the opponent kicks back, absorb it with shadow shelter and if he rolls , we are rolling towards him so we both cover the same distance ..it is guaranteed to connect the upper shadow attack

I have an idea, why don't you randomiser heroes and talent builds, and try to win, that sounds fun!
While using helga you can do tricks with the backwards light dash move ,when i have a full charge i usually quick step toward my opponent, their first tjought is that i will dash forward but unbenounsed to them i dash back ,why? Because if they jump backward the delay of the travel will hit them from the rear,if they jump foward over me the dash back will circule the whole arena and strike them from the back,basic attacks are deadly with helga for they can catch airborn opponents.
When you push your opponent toward a corner ,use one basic attack for they will expect 2 because you charge more from it,but you stop fhey don't expect it there you can grab them and get more light charge.
the team i use to use before i quit way back when, was marcus with, general luck, legion hero, explosion, healing, absolute control, iron clad like a rock knockout build, and kate shadow build with at the ready... since i mastered marcus i could of use this build, as i really only use his shadow moves if the opponent whiff an attack. i barely use marcus shadow form at all lmao. i just wish more marcus mains could understand, shadow lord is not really all that great, even in mirror match because all you have to do in a mirror match is land a special attack right after your explosion goes off even if they have percept, you can still counter. rip. also why has this game gotten more pay to win and progress. the newer players gonna suffer hard.. you should make a video talking about what the devoplers are doing and how it can ruin the future of the game. would make a banger video.
