Great video. I am 54 years of age and have been following this advice and I have surprised myself how much faster I am going.
These exercises of tensing/relaxing lower body / upper body / fist / shoulders muscles are working really well!
I’ve watched about 10 of these types of videos and this has been the only one explaining how to use the machine. Thank you

I'm a novice rower that's been suffering from back and shoulder pain. I'm doing a lot of technical work to try and fix my issue. This is so helpful and makes sense for me!

Ashan Wij rowing is more important. Cut the jewels off and improve your strokes.

*If you have a bad back or spinal stenosis NEVER buy a rowing machine! Look at the position of your back. Let's start buy turning this picture 90 Degrees counter clock wise. Its like picking up 60 lbs. by bending way over! BAD!*
