scm cut c 100 - Cardboard packaging machine

cut c 100 is the perfect solution for end-of-line cardboard packaging thanks to the independent longitudinal cutting and creasing units, and the crossway unit.
The operator can retrieve the desired box from the interface (choosing between a wide inventory of FEFCO boxes), or by reading a barcode, or by using the scanbox, which allows the dimensions of a single or multiple products to be read and sends data to the machine for the box production.
It is possible to choose between 4 types of cardboard feeding: single sheet or continuous module, with 2 modules side by side or with automatic selector up to 8 modules (opt.). With the selector, the machine automatically chooses the most suitable size from those available in the infeed to optimize cardboard consumption while minimizing waste accordingly. The necessary space usually allowed for cardboard box storage within the factory is drastically reduced.
Packaging is made on actual product dimensions, thus avoiding the use of expensive additional filling materials and related labor time.
