Alcaraz playing a long practice set like this against a top player is a good sign. Forearm must be feeling better.
5-5 point was epic. Carlitos footwork is insane

Medvedev had it, but his frequent double faults, (even though it's a practice match), hold him back at critical junctures. His serves precision should improve

      precision?

Was thinking the same thing. I’m noticing that his serve is just not as good as it used to be. His serve used to be a weapon and I’m not saying it’s bad now it just isn’t as potent as it once was.

Clay changes this a bit. You lose speed and gain bounce so if you want free points, you have to be more precise than usual. Meddy's trying to get those free points vs grinding every point, which makes sense vs Alcaraz, who's much more offensive on clay than most guys.

More people watching these two train than watching women's No.1 Swiatek yesterday play. Despite being back I hope Carlos skips Rome to be fully fit for the French Open.

Yes skip rome. They wont respect alcaraz due to their pasta and tomoto sauce

Of course Spaniards are going to watch Alcaraz or Nadal anytime they have the opportunity.

Sadly, that was more entertaining than the Nadal match the other night.
