One the most crucial questions that nobody has answered yet for F1 applicants is how much money more than the amount of I20 should people show in their bank statement.
That is so crucial i guess, i would appreciate if Argo team answer this, cause i see all around the world there is a lot of rumour.
Some people say, the exact amount in your I20 should be in your BS.
Some say 50 percent more, some say double.
Additionally the expiration date of BS , nobody says how much it is important.
I want Argo to answer this general question, i know its many peoples question and your guidance would be so appreciated.
Thank you for your sources on youtube

I forgot to mention that my father has properties. I only talked about his job and how much he makes per year. Is that will prevent me from the visa? What if I send an email to the embassy?

Hey guys, I'm really a huge fan of your channel even if my attempt was Extremely swift and NOT successful. I learned a lot from your channel. My Experience: It was in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The college I was planning to join was the Maharishi International University which demanded a small deposit of just 6,000 USD. My sponsor had almost 23K in his bank account, an annual income of 100K, had stocks worth 40K, owns a home, and things like that.
    Me: Good morning Mam
    Her: ow hi good morning
Her: Why do you want an MSc?
Me: to augment in my career mam
Her: so your cousin is your sponsor?
    Me: yes mam
    Her: what does he do?
Me: he works as an Electrical Engineer for the Boeing company in California and makes around 100 Thousand US dollars anualy.
Her: Where does your cousin live?
    Me: in California mam
Her: Do you have relatives in the US?
Me: No mam, I do not
Her: spent a few seconds on her pc,
Her: I’m sorry but I can not grant you a visa. Try next time.
    Me: ok thank you, mam
I never got asked anything about myself or my plans except "Why Do you want a Master's Degree?" Should I make my Mom my sponsor for my next attempt? Does that really make a difference? I got disappointed because the VO never asked for a single document of my sponsor's bank statement or affidavit of support, financial award letter, other universities I applied to and got accepted to, why I choose that specific university, what my plans were after the program ended, and so forth. I got rejected extremely quickly after being asked a single question regarding my M.Sc program i.e. "Why do you want a Master's Degree?"

@@dhiaoshaish So you did receive a paper that says 221g? Unless they told you to send them additional documents, I think you should wait. They are probably either thinking your case through again later or doing more research on you by checking your DS 160 or something.

    • @dhiaoshaish

@@appleb305 we were 2 dudes. the dude before me got 221g with a tick on "administrative processing" and was given his passport back. then it was my turn, I got the 221g, but the officer kept thinking what to put on that 221g, he eventually wrote "docs processing", and he said they need to double check on my birth certificate. he kept my passport though. i am trying to understand the significance of keeping the passport at the embassy vs returning it to the applicant.

      2. WHY
      3. What does he do
      4. His assets
