Let me say one thing from someone born and raised in Italy and been living the restaurant life for a bit now. When you talk about foreign dishes in Italy you have to know that we adapt the taste to the people, you will never get anything too much, because you ain’t gonna sell it in Italy, that is marketing. And on the last restaurant the truth is that it’s not a Japanese one, and the way they cooked the noodles is not the Italian way, but the proper way to have them in the soup, I’m not criticizing the video just want to let people now that is they want to eat real food better go to a restaurant where they do typical dishes or home cooked once because you won’t get disappointed 👍🏼
