Kick between the legs standing by mistake is punished.
Knee to the head by mistake on an opponent with both hands and knees on the ground will get punished.
Otherwise you could just keep doing flying odds kicks and aim between the legs and claim its just accidents and the opponent will soon by out due to pain if you hit over and over.
Thats why there are rules for this.

Yeah instead of having rules that create the most fair and competitive fights possible while also encouraging fighters to showcase a wide variety of skills to achieve victory, let's just make is so that the first one to access an overpowered move wins. That will definitely make MMA great again, not rob it of the diversified skillset it's become famous through, and will definitely silence the critics who think this is a low-skill sport that caters to ghouls who get off on brutality . . .

For me, He should Not have won that. He kicked a grounded opponent, hitted him very heavy with all of His Wright. And got an Advantage from that, to get into the Choke. The Ukrainian Guy did Not defended it cause He was badly hurt. So DQ Not a win
