Just completed this workout after purchasing a total gym fit. For the last 5 weeks I’ve been at a gym consistently lifting heavy for full body workouts. Day 1 of following this, I could barely keep up and I’m shot! This will be my new three day split for the next few weeks! Please create more so our bodies don’t adapt too quickly to this! I really enjoyed this workout!
Thanks for sharing Timothy. Definitely check out my workout playlists if you haven't already.
This was my favorite work along video so far. This was a killer. Thank you for the awesome workout
Appreciate it, thanks.
Thanks! Really enjoy the videos, 72 years old I can almost keep up with you, thanks André
Wow to both the "thanks" donation and that you're giving me a run for my workouts. Thank you again for your generosity. Feel free to let me know what kind of workouts you want to see.
full body workout is great especially if yr on limited time or tired from work or the wife is calling u 🤷♀️ i think if people look at working out as a long drawn out process itll become one,but watching these videos show u how quick u can go from one exercise to another in 2 seconds flat, thats fun to me ,efficient, hey appreciate and bless this video channel for helping people reach goals
Just found & bought the squat/toe bar stand on ebay for total of $85.00 and can't wait to use it. Going to be much better than the squat stand that came with my XLS! If it weren't for you i'd not known that it even existed. So thank you for sharing your equipment that you have.
Outstanding!
Amazing workout and such helpful info! Thanks for posting and greetings from Hungary!
That great to hear, thanks Mara. Very cool knowing people from Hungary are watching. Would love to visit there one day.
Another excellent instructional video -clear explanations and super video demos. This exercise pro is the best in my humble opinion.
Thanks so much again Marilyn.
Good video for starters on TotalGym
I have been doing 2:00 - 14:08 twice a day For 3 months now (Sat and Sun off ) , Never felt better , more confidence , more eating , and not even tired to actually go back to train again , If you have Total Gym, and not you're doing these exercises , you just wasted money on TotalGym . If you cannot do it twice , just try 10 rep for each per day , I promise you gonna feel much much better.
Who's the man 👊
Fair play
Two hours per session??

this was great i love it
Awesome Andrew, thank you.
Killer workout!
Thanks Lou. Glad you liked it
Awesome workout!
Thanks Alex. Happy you enjoyed it.
Thank you. I now have new exercises. I’m new to this and tried to do 30 workouts in 30 days. I lost 5 pounds to start using your videos. I have three comments. First and foremost. Even if your watching that bungee, if it snaps you won’t be fast enough to stop the pain. Second. What is the difference between adding a bungee vs raising the incline? And last. In order to ease taking off and putting back on I added climbers clips to the bench and pulley.
Thanks again.
This is a great workout. Looking forward ro receiving the workout poster. Thank you!
Thanks David.
Theres a workout poster?
I’m new to the total gym and look forward to starting this workout. My goal is to consistently workout 3 days a week through the holidays (at least). Thank you for the straight forward no bs videos, I’ll let you know how it goes 👍
Thank you. Please keep me posted on the progress.
Nice Job! I appreciate the video and the poster!
Thanks Leslie.
The funny thing is, I've had this one for a while, stared it using is for lat pulls, then I realized how versatile it really is. On it nearly every day now and your videos add even more value to it!
Definitely gonna get a poster! Soon
Appreciate it Ryan.
Training outside is just the best . Found myself doing squats on sliding bench with eyes closed & sun beating down & I could of just dropped of to sleep haha
I'm really surprised I haven't gone outside more often this summer. I think I've just been comfortable in my garage. Also the smoke from Canada isn't helping either, but then again I think it's coming in the garage anyway.
Definitely wanna see more of this kinda workouts. Is there a specific way you train, ex: push day , pull day, legs day, or a other sequence ? Nice video .
Thank you. I generally like to go off of feeling but do like either upper or total gym workouts, then some days it’s my vertical leg press and running recently.
On your "jumping hack squat" try doing them one leg at a time and slowing down the movement (2-1-3 cadence) for 20 reps each and....oh boy.....let me know how it feels!
More full body workouts please!
Will do! What kind of time do you want to see?
I just did this workout this morning! Excellent workout Mike!
Great to hear, thanks Mike!
@12:37 I almost paralyzed myself doing reverse curls leaning downward. Luckily, I moved my head to the side of the footboard and broke my fall.
For sure there are some risky moves on a TG. I actually made a video on this how even basic moves can be risky.
Wow ! great workout, you're in some kinda awesome shape ! I have the same machine( total gym fit) as you with the "ab cruncher" - in your opinion what is the best way to burn fat in the middle core area ? I've seen your other video where you are using ab cruncher and going fast thru it ! same here, but still not seeing the results thus far I thought I would ?
Thank you for the kind words. You can't directly spot reduce your or burn in specific areas. Working the abdominals is really no different than doing bicep curls for your arms. You can build them (or make them look more defined), but often in order to see them, you simply need to lose weight. It's also worth noting that where you carry weight and how your your muscles look with proper training, is based on genetics. Hope that helps.
😊❤❤❤Гениально❤❤❤😊
I'm not sure how old you are, but obviously you have really good genetics, so that's a blessing for sure/
Thanks brother. I'd say it's a little bit of that and just staying consistent along with whatever style of training Im using. If I do pure strength training for instance, I look flatter, but I'm much stronger.
Tell us more of the workout template.
I’d like a program as shown
Thanks for posting this. I’m just curious: why didn’t you use the press-up bars to do your pull-ups? The way you did it works, too, but it feels like you could’ve gotten more range of motion using the press-up bars.
I generally use these Angles 90 Pulling Handles: europe.angles90.com/?rfsn=6817839.2bb8e8 which shameless plug you can save by using this promo code "SLIDINGB10" to get 10% off your order. But in general I got in a habit of just grabbing the top to save time. These attachments though I feel like I can get a higher pull, can more easily transition to pull ups, can switch the grip fasters, and just overall feel like these grips more than the pull up handles.
Dumb question…do you place mats under just to prevent wear and tear? I have mine in the backyard on concrete and wonder if I need to be placing it on mats
It will prevent it a bit with the plastic rollers but I've even just gone without the rollers. Short answer is yes, some small mats will suffice to protect the bottoms.
Would I do this every day or every other ect. I am thinking one day doing this and than use the ellepical the following day
You certainly could do this every other day, but I’d throw in some rest days such as the weekend.
I appreciate your workouts and I follow you because like you said talk less workout more. I tried following the Total Gym TV workouts and DVDSs but lost interest with all the talk and a disliking to their music. Thanks again always looking forward to my next workouts with ya!! R Mickelson
Thanks Robby. It's REALLY hard to please everyone's preferences with the workouts from the music, exercises, the time, etc.
Have you ever considered trying a weighted vest with the total gym?
Yes, I've had in many videos on an off. In fact the one I just released today you can see it draped over the machine.
@@hybridresistance 👍 I’ll check them out. Thanks
How can I get a poster?
You should be able to get it here primitive-home-fitness.creator-spring.com/listing/workout-poster-1
dude, I got tired watching.. I'll have to try this .
