That has been used for a lot more then just a house vacuum. Like you said it was probably used for other uses like cleaning up homes or businesses rather then just one home. It would not be in such bad shape or should not be. It is a shame if this is being used that way as they will be back again. They need to get professional vacuum cleaners that can be used the way they are using this one.
@@KischteBier I only mentioned that since it was scratched and the case looked like it had been through a lot more then just a house vacuum does.
