Never Give Up - Baby Bear Story
#neverGiveUp
The black bear is truly the definition of “ never give up “ stunning baby
I love how the mother bear and the cub both were happily running toward the bush after they made it.
The drone has panicked the mother bear and endangered the life of the bear cub! This situation would not have arisen without the drone. Please be considerate of animals in the wild and show them more respect!
What the hell? Your assessment is asinine and absolutely :::not::: correct. This expensive high quality footage is from professional conservationists-deeply educated on wild animal behavior. This isn't some random yahoo with a drone. This is a specific training routine mama bears in the area embark on with their cubs annually! It happens exactly like this whether there are drones or not. Watch the mama bear literally swipe snow at her cub, sending him sliding and preventing his first successful ascent. This appears precarious. However, bears are not stupid, neither do they do harmful needless things to their offspring. This behavior is a remarkable demonstration of the distinct behavior of mama bears training her bad ass cubs-every move is pure instinct, strategy, and precision; revealing their strength, courage, and tenacity. Not to mention the work of gaining such amazing footage. Quit causing trouble for no reason with hateful comments that aren't even based in reality.
@@jusapoet72 Is your comment based on fact
2:32 your the one who scared the momma bear, who then scared her cub! Be more careful next time there was no need for a close up.
ya i saw that too lol
They guy manning the drone is an asshole
Bear said hell naw
Baby bear goes *weeee!*
Yeah the dude flying the drone is jerk
I read about this video on a test today and the honking drone put the cub in a dangerous situation, if the drone didn’t get so scary close to the mom she wouldn’t have swiped her kid, if your going to use a drone use it responsibly
OMG! This is how I feel most days! Two steps forward, three steps back! but I've got this!
Once again, human recklessness. The mother was visibly alarmed by the drone's approach. This becomes even more visible after the puppy reaches her, she starts running and looks back at least once.
its a cub but ya
Kind of like when the Disney film makers pushed the lemmings off the cliff.
There were several raptors' shadows caught by the drone. Don't you think that could have startled the mother bear? Maybe it was the drone that alerted her to the natural danger. Stop with this "human" intervention already. You have no idea what actually took place, and you would never had seen it had you not had human technology. BTW, did you see how dangerously steep the side of the mountain was? Watch again.
@@susancohen9534 Just shut up. If you actually payed attention, you would see that the bear stares directly at the drone while it’s approaching. Of course you look over that part because humans are so great and could never be harmful towards wildlife. Go harass a store manager or something.
@@BilderbergCEO When that happened? ._.
Scaring tf out of then with that drone, had them almost slide off of a cliff

Let nature be nature foos
@@beshanikhular9042 stfu, you think nature has anything to do with this video.
Watch it again. Puleez. Did you not see the raptors' shadow? They were looking for food. Stop with these silly assumptions about man's interference. Sheesh!
Yeah I have to agree. Humans always putting their nose too close where it shouldn't be. I get it that was truly an amazing site to see. Spectacular how mama really takes care of her baby. But maybe do it from a further distance and use zoom because mama bear purposely pushed her baby back down because of how close the drone was.
Nice job terrorizing bears with your drone.
@@tinyrockyplanet8953 so? This man almost made a baby cub loose his life because he mother was provoked by a drone. So wdym “no worries”
you are right about scaring mama bear, but I've noticed a large bird flying around, so thinking positive, maybe the drone scared that bird too...
Pretty sure the force known as GRAVITY had a far greater impact on the mother's actions
Exactly. I doubt the drones make any impact on them at all honestly
@@08yallvon. Or it was (more likely?) the shadow of the drone flying.🤔
Whatever struggle you're facing, may this baby bear inspire you make it to the mountain top!
Even some @$$hole harassing you with their drone...
Such a nice motivation! great job baby bear 🐻
Your kidding right? The drone pilot was harassing the bears which is what caused the sow to take a difficult line in haste and why the cub was frantically trying to mom. It was irresponsible of the drone operator and it could easily have cost the cub it's life.
Mother bear could have helped but is actually teaching cub how to survive and overcome on its own that little bear was strong
They're scared she's not trying to teach it anything.

"One must imagine baby bear happy"
- Albert Camus
She appears to have lost one of her cubs. They usually have at least two.
Maybe she hasn't birthed the second one yet
@@boldisordorin9010 he meant ...female bears usually get pregnant by at least two cubs
It is typical to have 1-4 cubs, though they can have more. It is true 2-3 is the most common, with 1 often occurring either for the first time sow, older sows, or a result of malnourishment. Recently an old sow did have 6 cubs in Teton National Park which is the most ever known to occur. Regardless, only 1 in 3 make it to maturity, and who knows, maybe this idiot with the drone caused one to fall. He certainly almost caused this cub to fall to its death with the ongoing harassment of the drone.
i hope the makers of this video will pay attention to the justified criticism here in the comments that rightfully point out that the drone actually causes this "drama" by scaring the bears and imperiling the cub. they should abide to higher ethics like discovery and national geographic and edit these obvious provocations out and leave them on the editing floor.
Your right bro
That was a great video. Drone wasn’t even close to them.
Why would the makers of the video pay attention to a bunch of whiny, basement-dwelling losers?
@@CC.DeVille well the basement dwellers are actually correct on this, but anyway.
@@darrylb578 You can see the bears where scared of the drone. She just tried to protect her baby, but the drone interfered. Very unprofecional😔
2:30 Drone should not have gotten that close and cause the mama bear to unintentionally swat her own child down.
Caused the mother to try to climb this treacherous path. They wouldn't have gone that way if the drone hadn't been chasing them.

Anyone else notice the bird of prey flying overhead, scoping out the odds of snagging a hearty lunch? You can see its circling shadow. (Mama bear answered the question.)
That was the drone that was filming this, Jesus Christ. Birds don’t eat bears, even as Cubs.
@@deutschesmaedchen whoooosh
@@deutschesmaedchen Heck yeah
@@deutschesmaedchen Do drones cast shadows of wings that fail to exists, and somehow morph from an alternate light source? Because if you look at the shadows of the bears, you see the sun is directly above them, where the drone is along the same horizontal plane in front of them; "Jesus Christ". And birds of prey will gladly eat any carrion (dead meat) they find including bears, moose, elk, elephants, whales... You see where I am going?
Drones will attract birds of prey, and certain species like eagles and hawks will actually attack the drone in flight. So, it is likely the length of time this idiot was harassing the bears, a bird saw the drone and came as you imply "scoping the odds of snagging some lunch" be it the food this drone found, or the drone itself. It's why if you ever see these birds of prey soaring and circling something, that there is likely a dead animal on the ground.
Go, little guy! Go! Hahaha!
He will never have a problem climbing a hill/mountain again in his life..
Nearly as bad as me around 1961-2 coming home fro school up a steep street in Haworth. The snow had been packed to ice and the road curved around a corner. Every time I tried getting around the curve I slid back down like that cub, couldn't get a good grip on the dry-stone wall. Took me about fifteen minutes before I finally got past there, and there was no one playing background music like that cub had.
LOL this comment cracked me up. Proud of you for overcoming such adversity, Colin! Bravo
2:32, you could've killed the baby bear. Shame on you. Keep your distance next time
02:28 the cub would have made it had the drone operator not zoomed in and panicked the mother and coy.
Dang the mom is really trying to toughen him/her up she didn’t give the cub any help and the whole time the cub was probably thinking why can’t you just hold me in your mouth?😂. The cub is gonna need to be tough to survive in the wild though 🤷🏻♂️
The drone was freaking them out.
Are you stupid? The drone littary provoked the mother from saving her baby, go back to middle school oh wait you prob are

Try this if you are on laptop/desktop:
1) Skip to 3:30 & pause this bear cub video. Turn OFF volume in the video player.
2) Open another youtube tab & play this soundtrack: "Why do we fall" from Dark Knight Rises by Hans Zimmer( channel WaterTower Music). Turn UP volume.
3) Immediately come back to this bear cub video & resume playing from 3:30
Great video, but the drone operator made this 100% harder, stressful, and life threatening. Shame on them. A great video isn't worth interfering and making way more dangerous. Seriously!!!

😪 Baby 🐻 sooo amazing ❤️
Wow you really should have stayed a respectable distance. This is illegal in many parts of the world. Made a hard job even worse for the poor cub. This was hard to watch.
Agreed. This guy was harassing the bears and almost caused the cub to fall to its death. In most civilized nations it is illegal to harass wildlife. Even if if this is a 3rd world country (including Russia LOL) that does not regulate drones in this regard, it is still disrespectful and irresponsible to harass, or put animals or people in danger.
Have some respect for animals if you're going to invade their space! The drone operator obviously scared the mother bear. Leave the bears alone and let them be! This is terrible!
Mama Bear got that cake...
VIVA BABY BEAR! УРА МЕДВЕЖОНКУ!
Brave heart
BTW, knock it off. It is videos and drone pilots like this that force increasing laws against drones and ruin it for responsible pilots like me. Be respectful, follow the laws, do not harass/put people or animals in danger and get approval where needed.
How is this "motivational" when it was the irresponsible drone pilot that put this cub in danger by scaring it? It is irresponsible and illegal to harass wildlife with drones. This is not cute, the drone, rather the pilot caused immense stress on the sow and cub, almost killing the cub. You saw the sow react to the drone, and the cub was at a frantic pace and this put both in danger for your entertainment. I get it, I own a drone and use footage in my videos, but you have an obligation to fly responsibly, within the law and not create danger for or interfere with people or animals.

Not much food or shelter way up there. I wonder what was the motivation to climb so high?
That cub is very small. They hibernate high in these mountains and likely just came out of their den.
Did the drone just fuck this up and cause the bear to react.
2:25 momma decided the cub should try again
No, momma was becoming aggressive towards the drone as it was threatening the cub. This entire video was the sow and cub trying to evade the drone and almost cost the cub its life. Stop flying irresponsibly and harassing wildlife.

ITs A great LESSON TO EVERY HUMAN BEING ..... KEEP STRUGGLING DONOT LOOSE YOUR HARD WORKING ONE DAY ALLAH
( GOD) will success you in this world .
This is a lesson that humans shouldnt disturb wildlife with theyr loud ass drones if they have no idea what the fuck they are doing
I can not say I approve of this message.
Dont like that you got so close the Bear tried to attack the drone and ended up nearly slicing her cub open, then the poor cub slid down the slope much further and could have died. Tell me - If it had died would you have still uploaded the video??? Not. Cool.
The dumbass flying the drone got way too close when the cub first almost reached the top which frightened the mother and made her lunge at the drone to protect her baby which then caused snow to fall on the cub which lead it to fall like 100 feet. The baby could have continued to plummet to its death off the cliff. People respect wildlife and give them space!
It was the drone pilot that caused all of this from the moment the sow chose a difficult line in haste to flee the drone to the end of the video. His continued hovering was still close enough that it caused both to become and act franticly throughout this video in an effort to escape. As you implied, this cub almost fell to its death because of this pilot. Be respectful, do not harass or put people or animals in danger, or don't fly.
just lucky that's all
I read about this in my school that the momma bear pushed the baby cub because she thought it was a predictor 💀😭
Never give up!!!!!
I'm really angry at the person who filmed this. YOU did scare them. It could have happend something worse like the baby falls down and hits the head at a stone and died. If you already distract animals in their nature than be respectful atleast. There was no need for a close up. It was just pure egoism.
Btw I don't even like bears. So you can see how much more I hate people.
Lmao this vid is funny af
If anything would happened to the baby bear then PETA would have screwed the drone operator.
