This is almost literally my new apt . Just missing the garden tub which I was hoping for. I’ll be doing a apt tour on my ch soon.
I bought a beautiful pine mid century modern dresser. Now I’d like to put it on the sidewalk. I had no idea wood was so soft, so my pets have scratched it a few times. That’s okay they’re worth everything in the world and more than inanimate objects. Just a learning lesson of what not to buy. Lol

Hi well a 830 square feet condo/townhouse measurements
Living room 14ft, 3 inch ×11ft, 9 inch
Primary bedroom 17ft×9ft
Other bedroom 12ft×8ft
Kitchen 8ft×9ft
Dining room 11ft×8ft,6inch
A condo/townhouse that went on sale in March I wrote down the measurements when I seen it on you tube the real estate person that put up the video made this information available to me when i asked questions to him. Me I like medium size belcony which is 168 square feet or more, small is around 144 square feet to 167 square feet. Large belcony is around 300 square
feet. Hope this helps!
Although this is bigger than 760 square feet it's still small house.

I think it's Skye 750 in King of Prussia, PA. I looked at them yesterday and the kitchen, appliances and island are pretty similar.
