Great space and location. I also lived the flatiron district many moons ago. I transferred from San Francisco with work so it wasn’t too extreme as far as living expenses. But completely different city culture. You either get with the pace or get left out. It was nice that she included her backstory and the reality of nyc life. I wish I had this template of nyc living before I had located to the city.
Love this comment. Thank you for sharing your story. Hope I can come out to San Fran eventually to shoot some homes and city living stories out there too.
Your place is beautiful!! And YOU DO have lots of skills: Organized, good eye for design, you play musical instruments, and a great cook!!! That's only a few things and I don't even know you, there must be so much more!!!! Thanks for sharing!
13:48-14:01: What a wonderful format. 20:57: Thank you for sharing. As a NorCal person, I have heard New York is expensive, but the rent sounds similar to what the rates here in Northern California. What Ian incredible vlog. I glanced at the video and thought it was Apartment Therapy. No idea who you are Mitchell, but this was informative and entertaining. I’ll take a look at some of your other vlogs😊 Edit: Ah, ha! You did the vlog with Interior Designer Alvin W. who I first learned about through Architectural Digest.
you’re a talented creative and a great plant mom. They look like they are happy and thriving to me, and also, you’re a great curator. Your personal style and how you style your apartment is very appealing and in great taste! Loving these interviews and also the intimate details and also how the came to have some of their belongings. How she got her lamp is classic NY!
I live in flatiron too, off 5th ave in the 20s. What you said about the Empire State building is so correct. Walking home at night and seeing the building lit up with different lights never gets old.
Really enjoyed the thoughtful combination of home tour with the nuts and bolts of financing life in NYC. Love seeing how other New Yorkers live and what they pay. Keep it up!
$3475 a month? That's incredibly cheap for Chelsea/Flatiron district. The studio apartments in my building are half the size of this 1BR, and half as nice, with low ceilings and mediocre views -- and they rent for $4200 a month! How did she get this place so cheap? Was it a Covid deal and the rent will double next year? It's a really great apartment. She's very lucky.
How could anyone eat rack of lamb? I mean, have you seen a lamb? They are pure innocence, sweet and vulnerable -- it breaks my heart to think of a lamb ending up at a slaughterhouse. Please think about where your food comes from and who was killed for it.
Loved having you over, Mitchell! Thanks for capturing my little home so beautifully
It’s a beautiful home, Kylie
Is the painting a self portrait?
I love your space, especially your spacious, airy, light filled, plant filled, living room!
Keep going with your channel.
I also just subscribed to your channel.

Light, bright, simple & fresh...and feel-good! (but please turn the music down and her audio up! It's distracting and a strain to hear).
Ahh thank you for the feedback. I am new to sound editing, so that was good advice for future videos.
Lovely apartment. Light, airy and serene. She’s so lucky to have such large windows.
Yes. Love the large windows. It was so bright inside!
I love it and omgosh! Love the piece for the piano.

What a sweet message! I'm sure Kylie will be happy to hear that

…minimal yet cozy and relaxing to me. ❤❤❤
I'm in love with the pink sofa ...
Fun video. I like your style. And your professional, friendly manner. Thanks for sharing your lovely apartment & interesting life.
Beautiful beautiful apartment!
It's so refreshing to see original style! So many of the apartment tours on CZcams are carbon copies of each other!
Wow. Thank you so much for this thoughtful comment. Glad you enjoyed the tour. Looking forward to sharing many more.
Such an incredible deal for this apartment and location! It's a gorgeous space, thank you for documenting :)
Great quality content! Thank you, it was not only visually pleasing but also very interesting and useful :) Keep creating!

I love hearing we have a favorite plant 😂 love your apartment it's so airy!
❤❤❤❤ your place !!
Very beautiful apartment. ❤
Beautiful Apt
If you’re pointing out a piece of art and talking about it you really should show us of the entire piece ……it is a lovely apartment
Beautiful home and a beautiful interesting young lady. 👍🥰
BEAUTIFUL!!!!
Love it but the music is too loud.
Thank you for the feedback I also noticed it after posting, so I lowered, and removed music in some parts in future videos. 🙂
Amazing space
The air conditioner right behind the couch is making me claustrophobic but the rest of the place is beautiful.
Lovely! ☺
Lovely apartment…relaxing vibe. I love the couch…where is it from?
I was watching ut at 1.5x speed and she still seemed slow. 1.75x is ideal and energetic rather than sleepy

Short curtain kill the look. I have the same radiators
This must be an old building. I am foliar with the flat iron district
Gnocchi is pronounced like the *gn" in lasagna, or the ñ in Spanish.... "nyoki"
Beautiful Home, are all your plants real??
They are!
❤❤❤
Al dente, not al Dante. 🦷

I know the love for all sentient beings kind of contradicted with the rack of lamb
$3400 a month for that much space seams high but then again it is NYC.
Not high at all, actually $2000 below the average.
@@kayflip2233 Wow. That is insane.
So plain..
Could make it so much better..clean though...
Gnocchi.
Nyocki
Not Nee ok ee 😊 Just so you know
It’s a woman sitting
Don’t like the short curtains and coffee table boring. But rest is nice😊
