In realms of breath, where souls take flight,
Amidst the chills of waters bright,
There lies a dance, a sacred art,
Where mind and body truly start.
With each inhale, a vibrant wave,
Awakening the spirit brave,
A symphony of life unfolds,
As lungs embrace the stories told.
In icy depths, a baptism pure,
A plunge into the depths obscure,
Where frigid waters cleanse the soul,
And whispers of the ancients console.
Cold tendrils wrap around the skin,
Yet deep within, a fire begins,
For in the chill, resilience found,
A strength of will, unyielding, profound.
As air expands, the chest does rise,
A gateway to the endless skies,
With every exhale, tensions flee,
Releasing what no longer serves thee.
Through breath, a vessel is refined,
A bridge between the heart and mind,
A torrent of the vital force,
Infusing life's majestic course.
And in this sacred alchemy,
The union of breath and icy sea,
A harmony of elements springs,
Granting the soul celestial wings.
For in the realm of breath and cold,
A symphony of energy untold,
The poet's heart, the warrior's might,
Embracing life's ecstatic flight.

Oh, cold water's embrace, a potent elixir,
