  • These DIY picture coasters are fun and easy if you are looking for a personalized gift! This is not a quick project due to the drying time in between the coats of Mod Podge, but it is very simple! If you make this project using my video let me know in the comments below! I hope you enjoy this tutorial!

People, take note. This is how you make a video. No unnecessary yammering about the project. We'll done, young lady, We'll done!

You can also buy sheets of cork to cut and glue on the back.

I would use a small foam roller brush to roll the mod podge on top of the photo; it might eliminate any lines by doing it that way because the foam roller is wider than the entire tile

I am wondering were the photographs pictures on regular printer paper or did you have them printed somewhere? I think I did a project with Modge podge and pictures and it had distorted the picture just wondering

Is the enamel spray necessary if you use Mod Podge? What does it do? Thank you.

It’s another layer to seal it plus it brings the shine and contrast back to the image

They turned out great! I’ll be making some for my mom for Mother’s Day. Can you tell me if a hot coffee cup sticks to the coaster? I’m seen ppl have problems with that before but I haven’t seen the results using that enamel spray! Thank so much for sharing!!

There is a 30 day "cure" time for these. It will appear dry in 24hrs....but needs to cure before it can be used for hot cups/mugs.

The Clear enamel spray made all my photos run and ruined them. :( I had the photos developed at CVS. How come it didn't do that on yours?

Did you use the same spray as shown and the video? Also it’s better to do a thin layer of spray.
