This video guide demonstrate the steps on How to Download and Perform Offline installation of Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit ADK on Windows Server 2019.
To install the Windows ADK on a PC that does not have Internet access, first download the installer files on a PC that has internet access. Next, copy the installer files to a location that is accessible to the offline computer. Then run ADKSetup.exe to install without internet connection.

Note: Starting with Windows 10, version 1809, Windows Preinstallation Environment (PE) is released separately from the Assessment and Deployment Kit (ADK). So you need to download Windows ADK setup and Windows PE add-on for ADK separately.
First Install Windows ADK setup and then install Windows PE Add-ons for ADK.

what is the use of ADK ?
ADK stands for Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit. It is a collection of multiple tools which used to deploy windows operating systems on a large scale. You can also customize the installation image like you can add drivers, third party software's to the image before installation it.

And 2nd question. I got some issues while deploying os on clients. I have dhcp server but it didn't provide ip address to the booting client what could be the problem? Is it because of the virtual box or any idea?

@@haroldjayamado1367 Check your network settings of Virtualbox. NAT is for Internet Access, Bridge - to communicate with host, Inner network - for communication between virtual machines.
