  • Do you use a pregame routine before you compete? A pregame routine is the ideal time to become mentally focused for the upcoming game and it's more than just a warm up. You wouldn’t dream of starting your performance with out stretching exercises and a physical warm up routine, but many athletes forget that the brain also needs a chance to warm up to prepare for a solid performance. Great athletes recognize that getting the proper mindset in place before the whistle blows or the first shot is critical to outcome! #mentalpreparation #pregame
Here's the question Dr. Patrick Cohn answers in this video: How can you help your athletes have a pregame routine before games and competitions? Dr. Patrick Cohn is a Mental Game Coach for amateur and professional athletes at Peak Performance Sports.

Nothing is possible without God. Nothing. But what you're doing is wrong. Yes ask God for help. But God isn't going to make you pass your math test if you didn't study at all. You need to ask YOURSELF to have a good game. You need to work and tell yourself that you will be good
