The trick is to allow your witness tell their story, guiding them with minimal question tags and pointers. Cheers.

Does tendering of certticate of compliance comes before the tendering your other evidence or before?

You tender all your evidence first, then you tender a certificate of compliance. This is what we have done, in my own instance but, I do not think there is a particular order to it.

Certificate is prepared by the party seeking to tender it. Just like you would prepare an affidavit, just a little different. It is called certificate because you are certifying that the evidence is authentic and to be trusted 😀
