I’ve always wanted to comment that an open pit requires a cover or hard barricade but then I would have comment on a whole list of safety items.

Chet. For your track tensioning hose. You need to buy connect under pressure couplings the standard pioneer tips as you found out won't work. FASTER Couplings make them and are a game changer.

If I may make a suggestion. Turn the valve on the hand washer upside down. If you have chemicals on your hands and you touch the handle on the valve to turn it on you now have chemicals on the valve handle. Now when you turn it off you now have some, all be it a small amount, back on your clean hands. If the valve is upside down you are constantly rinsing the valve handle off. Just a thought. Love your videos. I think when I retire I’m going to find a farm that needs a hand during the busy season.

We built a cage on wheels to move back and forth over our pit when it was being used or not. You just need a spot for it out of the way when using the pit.

We had a planter breakdown today & won't get it going again until tomorrow. Hope we can get the ground we have worked planted before the next rain here in west central MN. Sounds like we could get a pretty good soaking tomorrow night & Tuesday.
you need a connect under pressure hydraulic quick coupling

You might have to put a valve after the coupler in the track tension line to hold the pressure once it is set so you can relieve the pressure to get the hose off the coupler.
John Deere must hire Microsoft to do their programming. You have to update it once a week.
That is not an O-ring that is an O-string
Nylock nuts are only good for one, maybe two installs. After that they need to be replaced because the nylon is too worn out to work. If there's room on the bolt add split washers for your worn nuts
You could add a second extended monitor we really like have two of those when planting
