The menu is ready, I'm making punch this year which is fun, and besides beer, Amaro Latte and shrub sodas we have 6(or 7) cocktails on offer:
The Cold Smolder
1.5 oz Abasolo
.5 Nixta Elote Liqueur
.25 oz Ardbeg
.25 oz Cherry Bounce
1 Barspoon Gammel Dansk
1 Barspoon Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Mole
3 Drops Hellfire
Beetlejuice (Stirred)
1.5 oz Mezcal
.5 Beet Syrup
.5 oz Cynar
.5 Dry Vermouth
1 Dash Orange Bitters
2-3 Drops Saline Solution
Beetlejuice (Shaken)
1.5 oz Mezcal
.75 Lemon
.75 Beet Syrup
.5 oz Cynar
.5 Dry Vermouth
1 Egg White
Yuzu Corpse Reviver
.75 oz Gin
.75 oz Lemon
.75 oz Yuzu Dry Curaçao
.75 oz Cocchi Americano
Banana Daiquiri
1 oz Hamilton 86
.75 oz Lime
.5 oz Combier Banana
.25 oz Banana Bunch
.25 oz Rammazzotti
.25 Simple Syrup
1 Dash Tiki Bitters
6 drops Absinthe
Fruity Manhattan
1.5 oz Rye
.5 oz Fig Rye or Plum Cognac
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes Angostura

1 oz Lemon Hart 151 or OFTD
.5 oz Coffee Liqueur

Lotta drinks, lotta meat, good God let's feast. With a menu like that, I'm not sure I would be standing when it was time to carve the Turkey.

Terrific video Pete!! Happy U.S. Thanksgiving!! I would immediately ask for a Manhattan, maybe 2!! Lol!! The cocktails all sound fabulous and so delicious and the punch is such a great idea! A shrub soda for non-drinkers is so delicious!! You have thought of everything Pete! The drinks will all complement the food in a perfect way!! Have a fabulous time with family!! Cheers!! Oh! We had our Thanksgiving back in October but next time I am going to make some of these beauties and a punch would also be so amazing!! 🙂

Great menu Pete! I focused on two drinks I could pre-batch because we had an absurd (21) people in our home and one I needed to do a little bit of work for: autumnal punch, lions tail and brandy alexander. Thanks for another fun year!
21 is a lot! We 'Only' had 14 lol, Prebatching is a great option to keep things flowing. Great job! Happy Thanksgiving!

Wow, that's quite a menu! I haven't looked for any previous Thanksgiving videos/menus you've done, so maybe you've addressed this already, but I have to ask: how are these actually being prepared? Are you batching everything and being a bartender, and if so, how do you manage timing of people ordering drinks vs your own enjoyment, meal time (and drinks with the meal), etc? Or is it self-serve, and if so, how well does that work and how do you facilitate it? This is the kind of thing I have wanted to do really well myself and have never quite gotten right in one way or another! Of course I'm not a bartender so maybe I'm just not as good at executing quickly. 😄 In any case I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving, it sure looks like you will! 😊
I just make them to order, typically the orders are pretty spaced out, especially this year with the punch. Usually there is a rush right before dinner, but nothing I can’t handle!
@@UnclePete That's great! I love the simplicity of the menu, too. I think I have some things to learn here. 😁 I have an open bar night coming up next week and I plan to be prepared, so let's see how well I can do!
