- This video is a vlog and a little tour in the Douala International airport Cameroon. Trying to confirm my flight ticket to avoid and disappointment. Douala International Airport (French: Aéroport international MD-Douala, is an international airport located in Douala, the largest city in Cameroon and the capital of Cameroon's Littoral Region. With its 4 terminals and an average of 1.5 million passengers and 50,000 tonnes of freight per year it is the country's busiest airport. The airport is managed and partly owned (34%) by the company Aeroport du Cameroon (ADC) which also manages all other 13 airports on Cameroonian soil.

This reminds me of my last visit to Cameroon, I nearly missed my flight home. We left Buea early that day to get to the airport on time because we were told the day before that there was road works entering Douala, so we got there several hours early and as soon as I got to the airport I was told my flight is now and I had to go straight away because my flight time had been brought forward several hours and I didn't know it so if I came at the right time I would have missed it and I only had about £20 left on me too. This Douala traffic never ever changes thank God for motto bikes many people miss their flights just because of this same issue

This same situation happened to me sometimes in the past when I was traveling to Canada. Thank God the situation was rectified on time and I traveled. Don't feel sad it's a fixable issue u will travel on time don't worry

See this french language also disturbs me alot n when you even meet some people who are not patient enough, they will just close you up n make you feel terrible but thank God u got all ur information and had the necessary help

You said that they said that you have to have the covid vaccine, Is that a new rule that they implemented?? Because I thought that you were were to have a covid vaccine test 72 hours before you fly out. If you had the vaccine you can show your vaccine card.
I think it's a new rule infact I don't kn but they said I needed to take the vaccine 14 days before I fly out. Thanks for watching

Traveling out of Cameroon is not really easy the demands at the airport is too much and alot of corruption going on there almost seem like those people place those demands cuz they know travellers can't afford so they will use the demands to make their money. God help Cameroon
This video is just 11 minutes long but has revealed a lot of things that you may not know.First of all dear...English is the official default language in all international airports across the world.The info regarding your ticket is not your fault.The buyer was supposed to informed you if it is reservation or purchased ticket.Being the first time at the airport is not a big deal.All international airports have directions and information all in English. Next time feel free to use English even in France.Whether u are new or current user....the directions will always lead you to what you are looking for or where u r going. International airports are design to reduce the need to ask questions.

There are so many apps you can check if your ticket has been paid or reserved all you needed was imput your ticket number on the airline’s website. As simple as abc but most of our Cameroonian brothers and sister like you would rather waste time on something as easy as that🤣

That one na ur own oh airport is first hand to us cuz that's where we gave the money wherever they decide to keep or send is their problem not ours we r holding the the person that collected the money n gave us a fake receipt without a number , 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 imagine u paid online n it mistakenly comes with no ticket number like mine did who u go really hold with this kind of internet connection n many scam sites . See it was not easy oh I had to do my COVID test and vaccine plus ask about a certain amt of cash to hold on me so with all those thing I just decided to go there instead of checking online since am not even versed with the flying thing. I was filming in there like a thief oh 🤣😂🤣🤣☺️

Just that feeling of about taking your first flight within or to fly to a whole new destination out of the country.
