I worked at a tohatsu dealer in 2020 Belfair marine in belfair wash. Sadly it closed because of covd 19. I sold and svc all your motors used to be sold that way. One motor that i sold a 90 hp had the honda logo on the valve cover. These motors are just as good as a hondas

Tohatsu International still manufactures the MX25H, but it is not distributed by Tohatsu America.

What propeller (diameter and pitch) do you recommend for SeaRay SPX190???

@tohatsuamerica where is the fresh water flush port located? I’m a salt water guy and flush after each use. Thank you #tohatsu
On our MFS75-140A, the fresh water flush port is located on the port side of the motor - on the mid section.
Does tohatsu still offer controls,cables,tachwith each motor sold?
Hi @rickristeen5123 - Tohatsu still offers controls, cables and tachometers - though package offers are up to each individual dealer.
Been looking at the prices of these things and found they cost twice more here in the states than overseas. Is the tariffs and taxes that much or is the markup that bad?
There are some unapproved websites that advertise Tohatsu outboard sales at dramatically marked down prices, but these websites are often phishing scams and not authorized Tohatsu sales. The consumer price worldwide is comparable after exchange rates.
Is the 50hp built by a Honda design or someone different. Can't find any information after 2017
our MFS50 is built by Tohatsu at our Tohatsu Marine Corporation plant in Japan. Our website has the current information.

Покупаешь Тохатсу мфс75 и раздушиваешь его в мфс140 ( замена рестриктора во всасывающем воздуховоде, замена распредвала, замена или перепрошивка эбу). Привет из России!
