The output of the hyperlink function is limited to 255 characters. While this sounds like a lot, it can get used up pretty quickly, especially if the email address(s) are long. If you exceed this limit, Excel will show you a #Value error.
Is it possible to send the email that also includes the content of another sheet in the workbook? And, if so, can I set it to send a separate worksheet for each recipient?
Great video! In the video you had to put DOLLARS into the the formal to it would appear like currency. My question is what if you have a date? Is there a function that you can put after the “&” sign that would show a date? Right now I just get numbers?
How can I send only specific columns from my work sheet in an email. For example: I want to create a stock reorder email to the supplier, but I only want to send the item names and the amount of each item I want to order. I don’t want to send other elements I have on the work sheet like amount in stock, minimum stock, stock value etc… Is this possible Thanks in advance.

CHAR(10) will add an additional line. So, when you concatenate it, you would add &CHAR(10)& to your body to add a line between the last sentence of the previous line and the first sentence starting a new line. Hope that makes sense and helps. :)

I tried to enter my email and password in aim to open my account on the outlook application installed on my pc. Unfortunately, a message pop up saying "an encrypted connection to your mail sever server is not available." How can i solve this problem given that i have an installation of microsoft office enterprise 2007 and the pc is already placed within a network inside a company. Thanks for assisting me with this.

Does Not Work with Excel online version because it can't connect to your machines email program preference. Every other mailto: link on the internet works and opens your default mailto: client but not Excel links.
