IT'S true, Brazil fans are like Barca and Real Madrid fans, they are behind their team when things are going well but when they are bad they don't support the team, after half time their were no yellow shirts left. This world cup was special for my dad and myself. My dad's health was quite bad and I never thought I'd ever see Germany win a world cup with my father alive. This game Ill never forget being in the pub with my dad with a handful of other Germany supporters surrounded by a sea of Brazil supporters. I felt the danger but my dad and myself were having such a good time that we couldn't hold back. Screaming, jumping up and down and laughing. Never forget those moments.

The crowd reaction is amazing. After the first two goals the brazilian fans get sad and some start crying, but after the fifth goal they just laugh at the sheer absurdity of the situation. It may have been one of the most humiliating matches in the world cup history but they took their loss pretty well.

It's a surprise that so many people thought Brazil would win before the game. They really weren't a great team. Then again, I thought the game would be very close with Germany winning, so I got the winner right but I was still way off. But still, I honestly don't get how people could have thought Brazil would win 3-0. It was clear before the tournament even started that Brazil would never beat Germany by such a margin.

One of the stories that i heard (not sure whether its truestory or not bcos this game has so many tall tale) is that german coaches and players agreed to let loose in 2nd half just finish the game and save energy for the finals. But andre schurle was in toilet when that arrangement was made so he didnt got the memo, he played hard in 2nd half and adds 2 more goals 😅

@@wondertraveller9928 I don't believe in that curse thing, our team played some shitty ass football and got kicked out by a team you usually only know for playing Starcraft and League of Legends, it was sad but we deserved it. 2014 was a golden year for us, we've done really good team play without relying on a star player, but since most of them (Klose, Schweinsteiger, Lahm, etc.) left, things are different :( I hope we'll get a good team in 2022 though :D

Not really I don't know if Brazil would have won but Neymar's injury meant Marcelo(overconfident on that match) had to provide that width & when Brazil were caught up Germans exploited that space very well(scoring 3-4 goals from that).
