Both my wife and I had these phones back in the day. Now my kids use them and, honestly, they still work perfectly. Face time, photos, youtube, imessage, whatsapp, games… 8 years later! That is an amazing tech product my friend.

can i ask what your battery usage is like? i just bought a secondhand ip 7 and the battery does NOT last long. the battery has been replaced so it's at a 100% health, but it would drop 1-2% in 1 minute if used continuously.

I remember got the iPhone 7 when it came out back in 2016.
The battery is a kind of weak now, but otherwise it's a great phone and I do not see any reason to replace it.

@@user-ui6tl2fp8e Bruh just change the battery. The only reason you’d ever need to replace your iPhone is if you care about getting the latest updates. If not, replace the battery instead of dishing out a bunch of money for a new iPhone
And when you have a new battery, how long will it last?
iPhone 7, os 15 and work fine. Not a tablet-phone. Just easy, fast working, good do carry for all day tasks. Got this as second phone and always this one is enough.
I upgraded to iPhone 7 in 2020 on my contract. It’s never let me down.
I chose the 32 gig memory which fills quickly but for the price I pay per month, I can’t complain. It just means I need to clear out my memory and reset every now and then.
I have the Plus in 32 as well, I can’t survive, my space is always full and it keeps crashing

why downgrade? IPhone Se 3rd gen is 6 years newer then the 7. Also the Bionic is better then the fusion chip.
SE 3 is the same processor as iPhone 13 only ever change to 15 (14 doesn't have USB c)
I got an iPhone 7 back in like 2018 and I’ve had it since then, I’m using it rn, beyond maybe a new battery(optional) and a new charger port (less optional) it’s worked well for years. I’m definitely probably just gonna get an iPhone 10-12 or something off Walmart bc they aren’t too much anymore. They are only like 159-259$

No no no updates and software issues as of late 2023 definitely has little glitches starting late 2023! It’s 7 1/2 years old but hey maybe it’s my phone! Sometimes it tells me I need to update to a newer version not past security update #15

It’s been one week of using an iPhone 7 because my iPhone 11 but the dust.
No cracks, 89% battery health and 128gb of storage, I would personally aim for a higher phone.
Reason 1. If you had a phone with iOS 16.2 and later you used WITH Apple ID, you will NOT be allowed to use that same Apple ID on this phone, you will need to create a new Apple ID.
Phone battery does die even with a battery is good condition, I have to charge this phone many times a day to keep it up and running.
The phone only goes to IOS 15.8.2, so not even 16 or 17. And Lemme tell you, running apps Ike safari, App Store and Snapchat for example take a long time to load, it’s slowed down a lot. And glitchy.
I also encounter bugs there and then, like every app immediately closing out when I go to open them.
So is it worth it? I’d say no

Still using my Iphone 7 after 4 years now. My guy, you still forget rest of world are not into Iphone like that due to pricing. If I go out with it, thanks to Apple and their design, I can always tell people its a SE3 or 8, and no one would be the wiser. My main driver is my Google pixel 4a 5g, so I am perfectly ok. I only use the 7 for idle purposes, the battery is like 82% but still it can last a day or 2 if I don't use it too much.

This happened to me back in 2020 and it was brand new at the time. I later found out someone hacked my phone. I
Cleared it by doing a factory reset on my phone which wiped their scummy hacker software off my device. If your phone gets hot and battery drains quickly someone could be hacking your device. Wipe your phones memory with a complete reset and change all your passwords. Take care💛
