You mention all the symbolism throughout the movie, but you missed the biggest one near the end! The treasure chest wheeled out after Average Joe’s victory containing Pete’s gambling winnings has “Deus Ex Machina” written on it.

Working in LA I got the chance to see a lot of celebrities, Christine Taylor is the most beautiful woman I've ever seen in person and it's not particularly close. Just jaw dropping. (also of note, she was married to Ben Stiller when this came out)

If you want a dodgeball anime you should watch The Boondocks, Season 3 Episode 3 - The Red Ball. They went full anime on the production in that episode.

It was told to me as a Military joke: An Air Force and a Navy personal are pissing next to each other in a public bathroom. The Navy guy finishes and begins washing his hands. The Air Force guy finishes and begins to walk out the door. The Navy guy chirps to him just before he leaves the bathroom: "You know, in the Navy, they teach us to wash our hands after peeing...." He spoke smugly. The Air Force man replies: "That's good. In the Air Force they taught us to not piss on our hands." and walks out the door.

There is a video on here of Justin Long talking about being hit by the balls in the training scene. The machine blasting him for a whole morning and him getting smacked the F up, head shots and all. He then says Vince did one shot with the machine as cried that it was too hard and they needed to turn it down. Now I know this I enjoy that scene even more 🏀😵
Ben Stiller's always been in good shape. This isn't even the first time he's played basically this same character. Check out the movie _Heavyweights_ if you want to see a proto-White Goodman.

And microbes in the air is a thing my dude During Roskilde Festival (freaking massive festival in Denmark every summer, area is the most densely populated on earth during the festival.) I think 3 or 4 years ago, a combination of extreme heat and lack of rainfall caused the air to be filled with dust particles. now, near the urinals, the is always splashing, especially when you have so many tousand people in the same small place. The ground around the urinals at the festival was so soaked through with urine, and so dry and dusty from the weather that dozens of people were taken to the hospital with acute urine poisoning. I am not making this story up, its the craziest thing ever.

Another great stupid hilarious and inappropriate sports comedy movie for you to react to is Baseketball by Trey Parker & Matt Stone, the creators of South Park. Both movies are a hot mess.
