Its funny how its a bit opposite for me what Murugi said about size. My experience with big ones has been definitely uncomfortable. Consent can be verbal or non-verbal. You don’t have to say that you don’t want to do something, things such as body language are equally as important as being verbal about something.

Whilst non-verbal cues aka body language are there...the onus is on you to speak up(use your words). U're assuming that the other person is clairvoyant & will therefore know what u want/don't want. In situations like sex, please speak up, be concise & mean what u say as there can be no room for ambiguity. Non verbal cues are misinterpreted all the time.

I had the same experience. I've been married for 11 years (been with my wife for 15). She's older now and oddly her sex drive went up. But in order for her to be more active she had to deal with her own emotional availability. Now that's my situation. It's not everyone's. It worked for me because my wife had some emotional/guarded issues. We went to counseling. It worked out. But the truth is this. Sex is important. Anyone who believes its not is lying. I don't care if you've been married 8 years or 80 years. There's always something that attracts you to your partner (if you actually are in love with them). Sex is not a choir or a prize for doing something (i.e. I took u out to dinner or took out the trash). Its a want to. You should want to make love to your partner. If not. Then you're just friends. And I think that's what people don't get. It's why you and your wife should be friends, but you should never marry your friend. If your partner can't bring herself to want to have sex with you (and it should be a want to) then thats a need that's not being met. No different than if one of yall have financial spending issues, trust issues, communication issues, or attentive issues. It's a hard life if one our needs isn't being met (husband or wife). It's why choosing a partner (and it's a choice on both sides) is drastically important. I had a female friend who divorced her husband because he wasn't into sex. She said it was like living with a roommate. Two absolutely physically healthy people who don't have sex. Her needs weren't met. She didn't cheat. She was honest with him and she split.
