- I originally made this video for the teacher broadcasters of DepEd. I decided to re-edit it and modify it to help students and aspiring TV journalists. Note that these tips are based on my 20 years experience on television. They are not supposed to be the standard for all TV writing :) Enjoy!

This is so true pagnanunuod ako ng balita. Napansin ko na naapply talaga to. Gaya nung pag may documents silang pinapakita from the palace tas hinahighlight na color yelllow. Di nila yan binasa lahat pag inuulat at ako ayaw kong nagbabasa personally kaya tama siya na mas gustong nakikinig ng mga viewers din kaysa magbasa.

1:19, ah yes! The 'jargons'.
It is really a hard task to lessen the jargons, because scientific terms are SO complicated. I.E.: Geological Terms that ordinary people knows nothing about.
When you are a journalist, you are spreading-always the facts. And you need to be very CONCISE and simple for the typical Filipino to understand.
Had so many experiences teaching my younger versions during my '20-'21 tenure being the Campus Journ Club's Editor-in-Chief.
