Kyosho made really awesome detailed 1/64 scale models. The real scale as you said is one of their iconic features as it was shown through your video today, but I think you didn't pick the pearl this time. I think the most amazing part of Kyosho is the highly accurate casting, they are just like the real ones because these products are actually defined as models rather than toys which Hotwheels and Matchbox did. in this term, they are standing aside TLVs. Another beautiful thing Kyosho did is the painting. In fact, the shining colours you displayed isn't the most attractive ones, Kyosho did most beautiful jobs on Metallica colours (the Continental GT3 is actually pearl white, you can see the little sparks in the painting), you will find the difference between the painting of the R34 Z-Tune and the painting of multiple colours on the Porsche.
They also made the premium version of models called Beads Collection years before, the mould of Beads Collections are even more detailed than the regular version(blind box). the Nissan 300ZX racecar is the most breathtaking one, I just can't imagine how you can make a 1/64 minicar like that, it's unbelievably detailed more than any 1/64 cars I've ever seen before, even the TLV Mazda 787b.
I've followed your channel for a long time and I know you are a specialist on Hotwheels and Matchbox, but Kyosho is distinguished from them, I really hope you can have time to have some research on Kyoshos and make some videos on them 'cause they are really, really cool.

Agree to this. Also, the paint they use on their releases are very much close, if not the same, to the actual car they represent. (like the shading) Gotta say, they're not lazy in making scale models.

Well, i _should_ collect more Kyoshos, but then again i already collect lots of other diecast brands and i tend to forget how expensive this hobby can be! Still, their details and stance are more or less spot on for the 1/64 scale. And they have a large variety of castings, both JDM and European ones. Great video, thanks for showing all these.

Most Kyoshos are good rollers especially the older ones like the BMW series and some Ferrari and Porsche series. Only the newer ones dont roll that well like the new Lambo series. This is an observation based on my experience as I have currently over 30 pcs of Kyoshos from different series/year. Still, details are superb.

Hello I'm new to the hobby and try to watch as much youtube as I can what I do know is there are so many different companies out there and it can be rather confusing I've looked at the 1/18 scale with all the opening parts and the detail on these models is very good however I feel the size when it comes to storage would become a problem and some of the prices are a way to expensive for me even pre-owned I've just come across your video and the Kyosho is my favourite plus I see there is quite a large choice in 1/64 scale I'm quite taken with RALEIGH cars here in England and the racing Ferraris from the 1960s and would like to have a collection of these in 1/64 scale please can you tell me how I should go about this I have just subscribed and liked your channel

I have to admire the Japanese manufacturing process, they are higher quality, more intrinsic and more valuable than the hot wheels. But the hot wheel has magical power, so even if its price exceeds the craft of the toy itself, you will collect it first.

depends on the model. some of them already come mounted, others you need to mount. those you dont need generally dont come with screws. whatever it is, leave your car without messing with, they´re history pieces now, as kyosho moved to RC world

I collect hotwheels, in the uk. I limit myself to american classics, no euro or JDM, just so i can limit myself to something. I could switch to greenlight, or kyosho if they did american stuff, but for me hotwheels is THE classic brand, and people will still be collecting them many years in the future, its far too established.
Having said that, those Kyosho ones look to be the most finely detailed 1/64 models ive ever seen.
