I have $13 USD in my card. When you say fund the card you mean like add funds to the card (e.g. deposit)? Or out of the card (e.g. withdraw or pay)
If your card is just getting linked to your Google account. for the first time, you would need to buy something online... Your account must be $2 and/or above. Purchase anything... Make sure you have enough funds for this transaction... If that doesn't work, your card details you entered may probably be incorrect or is unaccepted by Google Pay. Try the above and let me know if this helps you too...

The bank account that has a card you want to link to your Google account should have at least 2$. You can send just 2$ into your bank account... Then, try relinking the card to your Google account... Everything would work fine... But remember to send the money before you link, otherwise it won't work... 👍
@@tkh15 Currently i got my new credit card and i have the same problem. But i have around 50$ on my bank account. If I'm guessing correctly, that's why I need to add $2 to my card to activate it?

Check to see if that card is a MasterCard... And make sure your card is active and works in the first place... The $2 transaction must be recent... Follow the instructions and see that it works for you... That's it... 👍
