i think jam might be the last character for season 4, since she's similar in popularity to slayer. I think that they're gonna use her as a tool to get old players back into strive, since thats how they're using Slayer

I'm a Jam enthusiast myself but I fully expect next season's first character being Dizzy. Btw devs said there won't be any balance changes w/ slayer so combo breaker is safe.
