I love that you’re trying to donate your products, a great idea I know I too get so many products I end up not loving. My favorite gel is Biolage gelee a bit pricy and Curls Rock curl cream💯. I’m always looking for better and less expensive options as well.
I’ve never seen someone with my type of hair, I’m young so I’m still learning how to style and take care of my hair. Do you think you could do like how you cut your hair or what hair cut you ask for? I usually just do a straight cut but it gives me triangle hair. Also your wash day products you use in the shower if you could. Love your videos keep it up!

Kemberly, I know this is an old comment, but just in case.....you can get rid of the triangle look by getting your hair layered. Hope this helps.
I use the Aussie instant freeze gel and I love it. It’s so cheap and easy to use. I’ve struggled to find affordable curly hair products, they are so expensive but this is great in a pinch!
I use a generous amount on wet hair (not damp but not dripping) and squish it until it is fully saturated, then use a microfiber towel to squeeze out any excess moisture. Then I let it partially air dry and then diffuse. Finally I break any of the casts that remain, and it leaves my hair perfect!

For your hair accessories, try some acrylic organizers. I have 2 daughters and we use them to separate our hair accessories 😉

I love this video!! Super informative and I've been dying to try out some new products. My hair has been feeling dry lately and frizzy. I used the Shea Moisture Protein & Manuka Honey Hair treatment, but I think overtime it weighed my hair down. Now converted to the blueberry line, and it first it was good but now I feel like I need more protein and moisture again!
I used to use Shea Moisture a lot but I found that over time some of the products weighed down my hair too! Its all about balance for sure :)
@@marissa_lanae completely agreed, I used Shea moisturizer for a while now and looking to try new products since I feel like I have protein overload and need more moisture! Still week keep unused products for when I need them.

The brush that you mentioned, which is a gift to you - it is amazing! It have a boar bristles and plastic ones, so its for distributing the natural oils from the scalp over the lenght of the hair till her ends, so like that you don't have greasy roots and dry ends and it helps to make your hair healthier and more shiny. But since you don't brush your hair a lot (especially while your hair is dry) to don't ruin your curls, this brush is kind of useless to you. But in general, it's amazing! So, good gift :)

I've watched a few of your videos and am glad I watched this one! ISO a mousse and scent is IMPORTANT for me. You don't comment a lot on fragrances of products untillllll Pacificas Pineapple! It's good to know how you feel about fragrances in general.
I’ll try to include more on how products smell! I’m just really bad at trying to describe them but in general I don’t like strong smells AT ALL! Thanks for the tip I like hearing what people want to hear about in products so I’m keeping this in mind 😊

Just discovered your channel and I looove that I have a similar curl pattern so I identify!! Suggestion: don't move the products around in your hands so much, it's distracting and sometimes hard to see what the bottle looks like (which is how most of the time we remember them at the time we're in the store).
A video on how to style only with air dry (no diffuser nor heat) would be amazing!!
Do you have a denman brush video to create big curls? Is that a thing?😅 I love using the Denman brush because my curls stay all day but it coils soo much. I love ur loose curls but also how they are still defined

Hi! I used to follow it pretty strictly but after about 6 months my hair was pretty healthy so now im not so strict about what I use in my hair. Hope that helps!

I havent tried too many oils but ive been wanting to! So as soon as I find some that I like I will definitely share!

can you make a video sharing your opinion on the aussie miracle curl cream, my hair is exactly like yours and i’ve been using this cream for a good 6 months now but i also feel like it is too heavy for my hair i am not sure if i might be adding to much
That product is too heavy for me as well. I’m pretty sure it’s the mineral oil that weighs it down 😕
I used to use Aussie gel years ago. It was the first product i used when i discovered my hair was wavy. Maybe i should revisit....
Its funny because the first 2-3 times I used it my hair wasnt crazy about it but now it likes it. Maybe my hair health made it work better? But its always worth a 2nd try!

Marissa Lanae ahh ok. I saw them in your drawer so I thought maybe you used them. My curl pattern hasn’t returned back to normal post dc products and I was considering using perm rods while my hair transitions
Oh yeah those were a gift that I haven’t tried out yet! When I test them out I can try to make a video with them if they work for me :)

What’s your hair porosity?
I would say its medium but leans a little towards low porosity!
The background music is distracting trying to listen to you and repeating women’s voices...not big for it.
