When I was growing up , Australia was practically unbeatable , every win against them , in any format was like gold . McGrath was the best I've ever seen.
For all his sledging and on-field antics, McGrath is an all-time great. And you don't become one without incredible discipline, astute knowledge of your (and your opponent's) strengths and weaknesses, and an unbreakable spirit. His answers: Lara at his best being a shade better than Tendulkar, Dravid as part of his dream hattrick, and even the fact that he never forgot the SCG 1994 game despite being one of the earliest of his career - gives you a sneak peek into how keenly he thought about the game.
I like Glenn McGrath he's a very intelligent bowler, knows how to get wickets, he's always a serious guy, first I'm seeing him so relaxed and cordial..
Seriously you should bring him early on this show he is still a legend truly love you sir 😍
Only 25 questions are not enough for such a legend player Atleast 50
I agree with you
Curtly Ambrose and McGrath are the two bowlers I admire most for their line and length. I haven’t seen that much of Ambrose though. McGrath is the most fearsome fast bowler I have ever seen. He is the only bowler I think who can take wickets on every ball. I haven’t seen any other fast bowler with that much accuracy, control and wicket taking balls.
We don't really know much about cricketers before the television era.. I think the west indian pace attack in 70s and 80s must have been even better than these two.. but we wouldn't really know..

Given what McGrath said @0:37, I am surprised (and glad) to see relatively less dislikes compared to likes on this video, so far at least. If this same video was released 10 years back, it would have had far more dislikes. Usually any cricket-related video where Tendulkar is not rated as the best/greatest batsman (or is not selected in all-time XI), automatically receives massive number of dislikes because of the huge number of insecure Indian Sachin-fans prowling on CZcams. It is heartening to see (for the first time) that Sachin fan's love for another great cricketer has overcome their insecurity about Sachin.
