Personally, I think this is both Aaliyah and DMX’s best film. It’s so unbelievable that they are both no longer with us anymore.
DMX’s best film is Never Die Alone. His most entertaining one is Exit Wounds. Cradle to the grave is okay. This one is better than cradle though. Also, Romeo, Exit and Cradle directed by the same guy.

Back in high school I used to work at a movie theater when this movie was released - I'd just slack off and sit in the theater and watch this over and over. DMX, Jet Li, Aaliyah - 3 of my favorites. As 2000ish as this movie is/was, I still like it to this day. And Anthony Anderson before he went all nice guy.

Ah yes. One of my childhood movies I watched. One of Jet Li's best movies and I can't believe it was modern retelling of Romeo & Juliet with Martial Arts Action twist. And I can't believe Aaliyah died one year after this movie come out.

Army Jacket swag IS Ethereal. Queen Aaliyah poured her heart out during the apartment scene and is a different tier of beauty and intense acting when expressing emotions. Got a mighty fashionista clinic via her Outfits. This is a Present to The World. One of the biggest blessings in life is to witness this. Everytime I watch RMD it gets newer and newer. Such a profound impact it had on me and I aim to share this with the world one day in detail. Queen Aaliyah is always alive via her glittering Legacy! SALUTE TO MISS FANCY! ♥👑 🤗💯
