I hear you because he's a guy that can do nonsense like move planets and lift books with infinite pages - but I still think he has to apply himself to snap even something inconsequential like a quarter inch of steel - otherwise people really would be like absolute paper. He couldn't thrust in Lois Lane, no matter how carefully, she'd just give anywhere he moved, our bodies would be as malleable as inert gas to him. She'd grab his head during coitus and his hair follicles would slice her hands to smithereens. No, I think he has to begin to try to do Super stuff, it's just that there's no real limit once his muscle fibers begin to strain. IDK I'd have to think about it more

Antje Traue (portraying Faora-Ul) is a true gem. The amount of effort (both in acting anf in physical preparation) she invested into the role is nothing short of amazing.

My favourite Superhero movie! So much greatness about it - The opening rescue at sea, the flashbacks of Clark growing up, the scenes with Martha in present day, the first flight, the fight in Smallville and then that perfect ending of joining the Daily Planet.
You forgot to mention the perfect opening scene diving right away into Krypton’s planetary civil war and Kal El’s birth.

I have to say Man of Steel is still Zack Snyder's best movie, alongside Watchmen. Even after watching his Justice League. MoS is also still the best dceu movie to date. As close to an action/sci fi movie masterpiece as I’ve seen.

Seeing him floating over the army with all their guns pointed at him reminds me that at any moment he could take them all out no problem. Like Ultraman would for fun. And Kryptonite had not been made by the terraforming machine yet so he would not be stopped.

The Manhunter of Mars's defining strength is him as the Heart of the League. Despite his molecular body and density manipulation and his telepathy, he's likely to use his reasoning and his experience as his planet's lawman to deescelate.
