- Yoo guys, Moxsy here with an updated guide for Pulverize after the most recent buffs. Pulverize excels as a spit farmer but can do some very respectable Pit Pushing. I only geared this for 1 day and am finishing Pit 110s with 6 minutes left so I know I can push this a lot further but I wanted to share my guide with you all! Hope you enjoy!

@@mistermysteryman107 it’s a source of unstoppable. At pits 110+ enemies can CC you like crazy and having a source of unstoppable not only increases our survivability a ton but also DPS uptime cause we spend more time attacking.

Just a note for more casual players like me, the build in the link relies on "Harlequin Crest" for access to Wolves and Poison Creeper.
If you don't have "Harlequin Crest" [ Like me :-) ] you have to use "Insatiable Fury" otherwise you won't have enough skill points to make the build. I had to take two points from pulverize to grab Wolves and Creeper, which I got back by equipping "Insatiable Fury".

I am a Pulverize Druid main going all the way back to Beta. Its the one build I will never change or switch from even with all the previous nerfs to overpower. I can still slam the ground and kill my targets and never run out of resource. I am glad that they buffed the overpower damage by 70% this patch and I had to roll a second druid (I deleted the first one before the patch).
And just like that I want to play pulverize again, build always makes me come back

Made a pulverize build earlier quickly. It was great at mobbing but sucked at bossing still as expected. I’ll be following your build tomorrow when I get time Moxsy!
Im doing fine on bosses for the most part. Sometimes i 2 shot. Sometimes it takes like 6 or 7 LOL
@@Wayneg420 its because of the inconsistent of overpower. unlike hota that got guaranteed crit/overpower very fast, pulverize gotta wait 12+ to get a guaranteed overpower but not crit so its underwhelming. hopefully blizzard gives this build another multiplier and reduce overpower waiting time for single target
@@namdoan8998 i hope that if they buff anything its not just the pulverize build, druid lacks alot of options when it comes to builds. Shred, companions, stormclaw, builder and whatnot. Theres many things that are possible but simply suck, before even comparing it to classes like barb
@@Acocalalaponix i guess they buffed pulverize so it can line up with other druid strong builds like tornado - let see how the fire camp chat turns out. maybe blizzard going to nerf all OP builds from other classes to the same lv as pulverize/tornado currently then give us a nice ss5 power. Pulverize and stormclaw r my favorite builds so hopefully they give us something nice like they did with bash

I cleared pit 110 with classic pulverize full bear grizzly rage(infinity ultimate) no pets, no evenom but I need to make the build from 0 because all of this meta of youtube, and I'm still masterworking my gear, it's way more tank, and still hits 50~100m+ per pulverize in overpower critical, the evenom is strong but no so strong like youtubers saying and I pretty sure the build will do at least pit 120 when complete.
so who is like me, and hate random shapeshifting and spamming skills other them pulverize, and want the full bear pulverize gameplay back, it's still a lot viable, just saying.
to be clear it's more weak than this build, but like I said, its a lot viable and the difference is not so high.

Question for you, if we don’t have the crest helmet what would you replace in the tree to get all 3 companions? I unfortunately don’t have the helm yet and I’m not sure if there is anything to sacrifice for all the companions. The build looks great, thanks for this vid !!

On what depends how often u can hit overpower and overpower plus crt.
Great guide man! I have only one question - everyone says that earth crit chance is super important , but honestly when I open the stats tab I cannot find anything related to earth crit chance, all i see is my normal crit chance. No matter how much of earth crit chance I stack nothing changes at all stat-wise and so Can you somehow tell me if there is a way to track it because I have heard people saying that you can become crit chance capped and I still cant understand how ?

Landslide pulverize build is insane, utilizing the new landslide ring. I have yet to start min maxing and masterworking. Using the earth spike, aspect for earth spike on 2H paired with paingorgers is seriously strong. I am using Nature's Fury, no pets. Looking to get my fourth resplendent for Uber unique. Earth skills overpower more often.

Moxsy, just finished leveling to 100 and getting all glyphs for wearbear/wearwolf. No, not fully mastercrafted yet or gear is not optomized. My issue that I have seen in 100 lvl dungeon but not pit, haven not pushed above 70 yet as I have mats from my barb. But the issue in 100 lvl dungeon fighting poison spider or mobs that explode (fire damage), basically if I am not a RANGED PULVERIZER, I can get chunked healthwise. Hp at 36000 as I am using Slaydra build (and there are errors). So the question, have you been chunked dmg wise fighting poison spiders or fire explosion (fire damaged) even at cap? thanks. Second, question, I have checked my stats, when in wearbear or using grizzly rage, your Armor Stat - DOES NOT CHANGE on the stats page. How do you know it is working?
You should definitely see your armor go up in the stat window. It does for me.

I'm curious. In the maxroll guide you removed ring of the starless skies as a recommended uber unique and you don't mention it either. Why? I don't really get it. Seems pretty amazing to me.
I use it but then I can't run retaliation and you can't get the tempers, so not sure if its actually better.
Okay why not grizzly rage with the aspect for it ? if im correct with the petrify, retaliation aspect, perfect qiickshift suffix and perfect envenom suffix from using poison creeper you get 1.3*2*1.48*1.3=5.0024 multiplier while with grizzly rage and the aspect (up to 200[x] crit strike damage) after a few seconds (lets say 10 when u have already done a couple of crit strikes) you will have 1.8(grizzly rage : 20+3*10=80[x])*3(if assume we have maxed out the 200 crit damage increase)=4.8 and we are left with like 20-25 seconds more of grizzly rage which is additional damage increase (20+30*3=110 => overall the multiplier gets to be 2.1*3=6.3). So why not grizzly rage ?
How bad would it be to rock it without shepherd and going for natural balance with windshear? I just hate having all those fake companions 😂
If we want to keep shifting from wolf to bear, is provocation really a good spend of 3 points?
It will stop while shifted then continues where it left off when shifting back to bear

For real, they need to seriously buff the companions but debuff the affixes that we all use to get the damage multipliers. I want to see companion builds be viable on their own

Tyraels would be a solid choice. Survivability is really not an issue though. I can currently face tank pit 120 boss attacks

That build use windshear over claw wich i thinks is better. With wind shear you can stay in max damage pulverize range and with two shot you are full spirit again and can continue spamming, cant understand the use of claw, can anyone explain to me? Maybe for fasters quickshifts?

So... Help me get something here! Why use Provocation if we're gonna constantly shapeshifting? Provocation requires us to stay in Bear for "at least" 12 sec with 3 points, while Quickshift requires us to shift at 8 sec or less to keep up the buff, no?
The timer for provocation doesnt reset when you shift into non-bear form and will just continue once you bear again, it only resets on the guaranteed overpower hit

I have cleared 100+Pits on every class this season minus sorc. Necro has always been my main, but I really enjoy pulverize Druid.
How can you have Wolves and Poison Creeper on your bar but no points put in them in the skill tree?
The Uber unique helm gives 4 points in all main skills.
30 spirt for passive buff was a big joke.. why didnt they increase it for the wolf buff totem instead

Gamble obols at the purveyor of curiosities. That's how I find all of my +skills amulets. I only use obols for that. Nothing else.

Don’t use packleader, use energize instead to restore spirit and go for trample or blood howl instead of either petrify or claw. Mostly it’s spamable because of resource gen and reduction

Devs don’t play class. Shepherds aspect needs to be reworked and all aspects need a big buff. Not 5-10 percent 30-40 percents. But they keep buffing pointless crap like rabies four the fourth time and it’s still useless. Wasting devs time instead of focusing on the problems with the class.
The grind before you get tempest roar is atrocious, the most times ive ever respec’d a build and I had to run wind shear while I was leveling because it was the only thing that did Noticeable single target damage on bosses

You can use starless for sure. I think a god tier rolled ring is slightly better but if you are having resource issues starless is insane. I unfortunately don't have one to test.

Yes, but you have to either move skill points from a passive to companions or use a helm that has +ranks to all companions

I'm 66lv pulverize.. dmg makes no sense, rly super high.. 9m hits... Killed 73 lvl helltide boss which roaming everywhere in 3 hits.. never did that with any build at THIS level.

And its still not even a decent bleed tick from barb. Lets not kid ourselves here, being 20 tiers behind the other classes is A LOT of damage that we are missing
Why not use grizzly rage with grizzly rage duration temper + the aspect that increases grizzly rage duration and gives you a 200%(x) crit DMG multiplier? This is what I've been doing. I can stay in grizzly rage, get more DR, DMG and crit DMG.
You can test the 200% crit dmg just not work, it is additive (+) not multitive (x)
Because you can't use companion skills or the werewolf basic skill while in Grizzly Rage, which seems to be were a lot of the damage comes from. Not to mention that you wont be able to use Petrify if you go with Grizzly Rage. Petrify is one of the staples to the build.
I've been doing the Unlimited Raging Werebear Pulverize build, the most damage I've been able to do so far is around 6mil. The damage output of OP's Pulverize build is already more than what the Unlimited Dire Werebear Pulverize build can do maxed out... or rather the max I was able to find.

@@davidbeirne6234 the companion skills don't do any damage outside of poisoning stuff and grizzly rage should be adding a lot more damage than petrify on paper, but I guess it, like most things blizzard touches, is bugged or doesn't add as much damage as it says. So in that case, yeah, more poison uptime, shape shifting and petrify probably makes more sense.

Why on earth make build that relies on OP damage but stack crit? Start stacking OP and Earth OP and make this build actually shine.
Because the most damage you’ll get is from critical overpower hits, which are the big orange numbers you see on screen

The only problem is that with these 500mln hits you can do on average once every 6 seconds (2x every 12s).
When compared to Barb bleeds for 1.5 billion! per second it only shows how unbalanced this game really is.
To make it work Enhanced Pulverize should make Pulverize to Overpower every single time. Still would be 3x worse than Barb but at least would be closer.
I like Druid and I found satisfying to smash everything with Pulverize but the lack of damage (AoE is good) is just terrible :/ This is Barblo IV.
Attack speed is NOT huge to increase our dps. No overpower mechanic scales with attack speed: overpower after 10 kills: no AS scaling. Overpower after 12 sec in bear: no AS scaling. After 12 sec from pulverize node: no As scaling. As smoothens out playstyle but adds almost no damage since almost all our damage comes from overpower.
Not trying to argue your point just seeking clarification in understanding. If you get overpower after 10 kills. Would it not be a correct statement saying attacking faster would get you your 10 kills faster, which would in return result in more overpower attacks, resulting in an increase in dps?
@@joshf8570 You are very welcome to argue my point :) Your non overpower attacks wont kill a lot of mobs unless mobs are very underleveled. In that case you will just overpower a pack and you more or less reset the 10 kills overpower. In higher difficulty/pit you are witing for overpowered attacks and As doesnt help.
I agree, attack speed really doesn’t add much to the build, you just do almost no damage when not overpowering
110 is pretty low...
