I had the same wash n go routine. I would just refresh it everyday with water and my hair never grew faster. My hair was longer and healthier than it had ever been. Good advice
I just want to tell you that your spirit is just so comforting and beautiful. Also, God told me, you have a great life and great things ahead of you in the future, God bless, Amen. I'm happy for you.
Out of all the things you'd said the Best is at the beginning! I Love the: "for with God all things are possible"! Luke 1:37 That's All I need to know! Thank you Soooo.......much! 😍😘💓👍👏👋
OMG! MY MOTHER WILL LOVE YOU FOR ADMITTING TO USING MAYONNAISE! SHE USED TO MAKE IT FROM SCRATCH AND USE IT ON MY SIBLINGS AND MY HAIR. She used to say, "Hair length has to do with what one consumes. If one eats healthy, drinks lots of water, massages the scalp, and exercises, the hair follicles, and hair strands will be healthy and strong, thus, the hair will grow long without breaking." However, what one puts on one's hair is contingent upon the texture of one's hair and whether or not the scalp can take it. I make my own hair and skin products because I cannot use grease. I wash my hair every two to three days in the week, do oil and scalp treatments two days a week, and let the shower run on it with conditioner the other remaining days. I have to wet my hair every day because my hair is much more manageable wet. I do take a multivitamin just because I have all of my life and I will never stop.
OMG I KNOW THAT INSTRUMENTAL! Its hard love isn’t it!!!! Yes girl!! I gave this thumbs up because of you getting straight to the point and not trying hard and the music!! 😍😍😍
Get a frontal or a full wig to not damage your hair Low manipulation, twist outs, braids Moisturise, black castor oil, wash n go by spray water, massage with oil roots and ends Minimum heat, try use a heat protector Drink a lot of water
Why do naturals do this. "I've been natural for a year now". What they normally don't say : ( transitioning for a year and a half before that so the hair you see on my head is two and a half worth of growth). Thank you for saying how long it really was.
We’re born natural and I’ve never understood that terminology but I get what they mean! Probably should say “I’m transitioning back to my natural hair from chemically treating my hair!” 💞
You are a very pretty young lady! Although very well intentioned you referenced a few things which are incorrect. Honey oils don't moisturize, they are sealants. They seal in moisture. However, there are a few it's that have penetrating properties such as coconut, olive, and avocado oil. Another thing is that there are good and bad alcohols for the hair. Some examples of good alcohols are cetyl and stearyl, those are fatty alcohols. Some examples of bad alcohols would be denat, isopropyl , and benzyl. Be careful bc a lot of Carol's dauther's products contain benzyl alcohol bc it helps ingredients to mix well together. Lastly, so although I think everyone has grown up believing that mayonnaise is a protein treatment as well as eggs that is just a myth. In order for protein to be able to penetrate the hair it has to be hydrolyzed (broken down into smaller molecules ). That's why you'll see things like hydrolyzed wheat or quinoa protein in our hair products. However, both eggs and mayonnaise are fantastic conditioning agents for the hair. On the naturally curly website they have a very comprehensive ingredients list separated by function. Keep doing what you're doing, and stay blessed hun!
nvrnakednails1 thank you so much clarifying! I will do more research! I was basically just going off what some stylists have told me in the past and what I’ve learned along the way. Thank you so much for your feedback!
I love my natural, and the jamaican castor oil is great I also use a rice water spritz when in a hurry. 1/2 jar of mayo. does wonders for your hair to deep condition and moisturizer as well as detangle. Thanks for sharing, be blessed.
Lol! Love how you came clean about your ends and how you were honest... I'm gonna follow your advice in that moisturize daily... spritz with water EVERYDAY... I've done everything BUT that. Thanks for the entertainjng information!
Not all the alcohols are bad for your hair. There are fatty alcohols which is good for your hair such as cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, cetearyl alcohol, lauryl. The ones to avoid are isopropyl, alcohol denat. Sd alcohol etc. Those ones dry the heck out your hair. Thanks for sharing your hair routine with us 😊

Hi I don’t know how you popped up but I couldn’t listen to you because I was so busy admiring your flawless skin. Girl you are such a beauty, thanks for all the info 🙌🏽
Ladies, please, just listen, rewind and listen again to around the 5 minute mark. 5:03- 5:37 THIS is the "secret" to hair growth. Oils help nourish the scalp but what brings the growth??? Do this everyday and you WILL reach your 4-6 inches per year...barring use of medication, etc. to the contrary. Wishing you great health and lovely healthy hair!
gabrielle hey love I have 4c hair and I get a lot of single strand knots especially when my hair is in its shrunken state...so I try to keep it stretched...and I co wash mostly...I don't use a lot of products either...V05 moisture milks line is amazing...hope this helps...
@@destinycook96 girl I comb mine it after I wash it, yes comb not rake 😎, keep it moisturize, and can wear out for over a week, yes 4c, just learn your hair not everyone's hair breaks nor splits with the use of a comb NO MORE SINGLE STRAND KNOTS YEAH but again to each it's own best wishes
Oh how I miss walking down the street and people asking me “is that your real hair “? Everybody else get offended but I don’t .. now I’m baldheaded as fuck lol
Everyone’s hair and scalp is different, so saying stay away from sulfates is not correct. I had major scalp buildup from co washing and using sulfate free shampoos. Now my hair is in a much healthier state since using a sulfate shampoo on a weekly basis. Some people can get away without using sulfates and some people can’t.
Sulfates are not necessary to remove build up. I mean if ppl like them that's their business, just pointing out that buildup can be removed without them and she mentioned a way to do so in the video💁
You clearly are the exception but in general most black hair should not use sulphates just like she said. Saying she’s incorrect is not true. She is speaking in general and what works for her. These are her tips. She constantly says everyone’s hair is different so why make it about you. But thank you for sharing anyway.

Hello. I'm a new subscriber. I have been natural for years. I'm having thinning at the front and sides. Thank you for the tips. You and your hair are Amaaaazingly beautiful!!
yes I grew my own hair out I stop going to professional hairstylist for years but when I really start growing my hair out was two years ago I always had long hair but it used to break sometime. two years I started braiding it and wore it in braids for two years but I took care of it also shampooing it every two weeks those two years with the braids.and now I am wearing it down it's so healthy!I don't use no heat. I don't was all the time either. I drink water. take vitamins sometimes and I do cut my ends a little every month not to much just a little so I want experience breakage. thanks for your comments on how you keep your hair growing. now I am excited!
Loveee it. Being natural is the best way to go. I started growing natural July 2016 but my last perm was November 2015 and I am SO HAPPY I started growing natural. July 2016 was when I actually got the perm cut out and after that I started seeing a tremendous amount of growth 😁😊🙌🏾 Btw my name is Tiara as well lolll ~Tee

You did a great job growing your hair. I’ve been Natural over 15 years and still struggle and then get scissor happy When I went natural, it wasn’t popular so I felt around in the dark for many years
Downtown on 7th Avenue Handbag Adventures it is really good! I stumbled upon it by accident because the beauty store did not have my regular product in stock. But I have to tell you we always used the castor oil growing up, just not the other ingredients combined. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
Yep, they have the same exact same ingredients....I found that out 4yrs sho. The only reason I use Curls hair vitamins is because its liquid and the body absorb it better
Gewd tips, I usually don't comment but I've been natural for 6 years, collarbone length, and barely any heat, in thyroid meds..Dr. finally changed my Rx and says it should help.
I’m subscribing to support you sis! And how long were you taking HF vitamins? Bc I’m thinking of starting them back up again but ugh that price is a killer!
Thank you so much sis! I only took them for a month and I got like 3/4 inch of growth! Look up the sun down hair skin and nail vitamins. They have the same ingredients but at a fraction of the cost!
A lot of beautician just say, come in for hair treatments, lol pay all that money. They never tell you that you can take vitamins for hair growth. Good video thanks.
