Top up a little extra and buy a E400 coupé instead. The engine is much smoother and befitting of a luxury coupé. Better spec as well

I've done a horrible mistake 2 years ago and i want to make it right .
I was deciding between a new Proton Persona VVT 2019 & a used 2014 Mazda 3 2.0 sedan .
Chose Persona eventually as both are the same pricing 2 years ago(my first car that i bought on my own, I'm 23 this year)
Been doing some research, found out that the 2014 Mazda 3 2.0 sedan had depreciated even more lately.
Should i just go for it ? Trading in a 2 years old Proton Persona VVT to exchange with a 2014 Mazda 3 2.0 sedan.
