Russians did the same thing on civilian MC 21.
Fun fact, every F22 has a bag of cocaine under the seat for the pilot to chew on while flying. It helps the pilot focus and also gives him a decent feeling.
Ospreys are just on another level when it comes to aviation

Takes a real combat pilot to handle those G’s.

They have a suit to help them withstand it - they wouldn't be able to do it without assistance
@@laxeystu8096 G suit adds about 1g to your tolerance. That is all.

There is speculation that the seat and possibly the cockpit, is gimballed, to soften high G evenys. I dont know how feasible that is, but its conceptually really straightforward; seat turns in opposite direction of the g load, at a rate of a couple degrees per second. It wouldn't negate the forces, but delay or soften them, so the pilot doesn't suddenly have a load of bricks dropped on them.

F-22 Türk pilotuna ver imkansızı yapsın boşuna demiyorlar cılgın türkler diye 💪🇹🇷❤️🇦🇿❤️🇵🇰❤️🇺🇦
For me F-22 Raptor is and remains the best air fighter ever.
0:15 That test pilot walks, salutes like a true soldier!
He was the demopilot at that time
*airman
Yeah no. You've just seen too many Hollywood movies.
I've always wondered about that APU intake grill. Lol
Under side side discharge little smoke then That LOAD SOUND
I saw one of the f-22 the other day. I live by joint base lewis-mccord. When it got over the puget sound it shot up like a missile. Needs to be able to not leave a contrail.
Super increíble. Desearía conocer a este piloto.
I live near Langley and I often see the demonstration team practicing!!!
Lucky you! Got to see them at an air show several years ago. Amazing bird. Unbelievable what they can do. And talk about loud, gotdamn!
@@CL-fw oh yeah dude... you can hear the 119s coming to full mil and everything. The heritage flights also practice here!!!
Just training for Rendezooks before 2042, don't see where's the problem

The pilot in the beginning looks like he doesn't know a single joke :(
Not only vertical but so fast that I didn't even see it.
Lmao

You didn't see it a 1:28?
The german translation tells a insane vertical start, something like the british Harrier jump jet, but i'd use a lot of fantasy to see that in the video..
Far more expensive than a helicopter. Even far cheaper, but rather for cowards would be a drone, those air vehicles are said to beat every jet. So your honor wouldn't set the flag on Gonggong, because it's almost named like Hong Kong?
@@EngineVSEngine Nah. 1:28 and 1:32 show fly bys pull ups. Would have been good to see a wheels up, nose up with ground in view take off, camera panning back to show all that.
Ever seen a mig 29 vertical take off. That takes the win
I saw a Mig - 29 do that 10 years ago!
Mig-29 isn't stealth!!! This is critical important for modern aircraft. Mig-29 don't have supersonic cruise speed. Russian still don't build five generations aircraft....
@@ganooggonunderwood4480 I dont think stealth has anything to do with the takeoff this F-22 did. Also in my opinion the MiG-29 can be a quite capable aircraft in the right hands but modern technology will soon massively outperform aircraft like the MiG-29, some air forces still use MiG-29s and F-16s which i think are still pretty good aircraft
@@Unused91287 Mig-29 radar can detect F-22 from distance 7-12 km ..... How much time F-22 can intercept Mig-29 before Mig can just understand Raptor is there.?
@@ganooggonunderwood4480 I mean it all depends, I'd say some pilots might be able to see the enemy aircraft with his own eyes. I'd trust myself more than a radar which is a useful tool but still. If a pilot is skilled enough they could still put up a fight against more advanced aircraft. Technology isnt everything, a pilot's ability still counts. And to add to your previous comment, russia does have 5th generation aircraft, Su-57 which is a stealth multirole fighter.
INCREDIBLE!!
Those Osprey on runway is a beautiful site!
Its the edge of the stealth technology, F22 vertically takes off and no one can even noticed.
